These are people that actually like what they do, know the product, know the production and actually listen to what it is that you need -- Michelle fulfilled my order -- I previously approached a national chain to fulfill an order with very clear instructions and after twice ruining the order, the spokesperson for the chain apologized and did not charge my account.
