My and my fiance shop here around 4 times a week..crazy I know! We always joke around because most of the employees know us well from being there so often..they ask about our children..even our pets. Well we went in last night for a quick pickup of a prescription before the pharmacy closed. We figured we were already there and would look at some lights for our new truck. We grabbed some and went to pay. There was only 1 register open and the line was LONG. Normally that doesnt bother us but we were so tired, do we decided we would buy them elsewhere online. We put them in the large circle candy display in the center of the isle by the checkout and proceeded leave. On the way out we loudly hear" walmart security you need to come with me" we honestly had no idea what was happening. We were then accused of putting the lights on our pockets. In order to prove we did nothing wrong we had to walk back into the store..of course everyone was looking and show them that we put the lights away..infront of everyone waiting in line. How embarrassing! All we got was..oh sorry. Never going back! Apparently being a loyal customer spending hundreds a week means nothing.

I asked for assistance in Sporting Goods Dept. One of the employees supposedly paged for assistance, however noone showed up. After 15 more minutes of waiting I called the store from my cell phone and watched the phone on the counter ring for 5 consecutive minutes. After another 10 minutes I was able to find an assistant manager and she told me to go back to Sporting Goods and wait there for someone. In the end result I spent abt 45 minutes in this store to buy a few boxes of ammo, when they had maybe a total of 40-50 customers in the entire store, off peak hours. Im considering contacting the corporate office regarding this. Their customer service is horrible!

I love the southington, CT walmart, but am very upset because they do not have electric wheelchairs that work usually. i shop there on a weekly basis, but due to my back condition i need the wheelchair. i havve come to the store many times only to find out that only 1 out 3 wheelchairs are working. this is very discouraging. i am going to have to start goint to the mall or target or k-mart for my needs. please, please buy or fix the wheelchairs. i REALLY LIKE THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE THOUGH. thank you

Absolute bs. Closing time online says 11, I dont live that close, but they had something my walmart didnt have so I made the drive just to find out they close at 10 instead, and the greeter was an absolute jerk about it. Really annoyed. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Dont buy ammo there The cases are never stocked and when you finally Find someone they dont have the keys and they dont know who does This happened 3 times If I could find a mgr I would tell them Its like a bad movie I thought it was a place to sell stuff

on 01/13/2017 i purchased a new tracfone my customer service rep benjamin was the nicest and most patient person i have met in a long time he completed the set up which took more than 20 minutes i could not have done this myself thank you again

Walmart is bae. It is so coviniant you got your everything. I would have a wedding at Walmart if possible. All of you want yo go to these fancy New York restaurants well Walmart is better than any 5 star restaurant.

This store is one of the originals. Its small, doesnt have everything, but if you need your quick Wal-Mart fix, this does it. I have never been there when there is a crowd...this makes for an easy in and out.

Its smaller than most walmarts, mostly because it wasnt orignally a walmart. Slection is ok, terrible layout, ive seen better, this coming from a person who like walmert better than target.

Worse walmart in the area, door says your open til 11pm online says 11pm but you have 2 employees standing outside smoking a cigarette telling everyone "were closed" and its only 10pm.

Comparing to other Wal-Mart stores this isnt the best or the worst. Rather small, limited selection, always messy although not dirty and long, slow checkout lines.

Small selection of items (not as large of a variety as other locations). The plaza is a little crowding so parking can be hard at times.

I shop at Wal-Mart about 1×/month. Southington is not a huge store but I usually find what I need and have a good shopping experience.

Its a smaller place with limited items. I will prefer the one in Bristol. Nevertheless it had huge parking. Garden center is good too
