Edit 10 months later: took my boyfriend here to show him my favorite store. Sad to says its gone dowm hill. Smells bad. Dirty, sick animals. Cloudy fish tanks. Really a huge downer. -- One of my favorite pet stores. The fish people are awesome. Only thing bad about this place is that they sell puppies and I personally think that adopting is best. Selling puppies just supports over breeding and bad conditions for dogs.

Workers here where very rude and nasty the older worker was complaining and was bein very mean and rude to my little boy he asked if he can save the puppy for him and the guy said no in a mean tone he should of said unfornetly we cant save the puppy or something more professional sheesh dont come to this store!!!

Fish in wrong places with wrong prices couldnt work with me since it was there mistake on price it still being what it was listed and staff was rude multiple dead in different tanks also will go to different places not a place for me nice fish though

This business sold me a very sick bloodhound. Remember Sofie the bloodhound, her picture is on the back of the "Boycott this store" signs I carry when there are protests in front of your stores. Please do us all a favor and close down your business.

There is a distinct dirty smell when you enter the place. There is always a bird flying around loose. I go here to get my rabbit supplies. I like the location in Wallingford better.

Great people that just want you and your pets to be happy. The aquatic supplies are top notch. If they dont have it, they will get what you want and need.

out of the four all pets clubs in CT ive gone to 3 and this is by far the worst, one of the workers was very rude when we went to inquire about a puppy
