Very odd situation- they claim they "rescue" dogs from the city but they only ever have puppies and they are pit bulls. When you ask them why all of their litters look alike they get angry and tell you your not aloud to buy one. Their "adoption" fee is much too high to be a rescue. I wouldnt be at all surprised if this was a back yard puppy mill disguising itself as a rescue. Definetly do not buy a dog here.

I needed a place closer to my house to get my dogs food and when I saw that Pet Care Depot didnt have the one I needed in stock, Rich called the other location in Holbrook to have it sent over to Medford. He is going to call me when it is in....how nice is that?! I highly recommend this place - it is clean, easy to park at and the prices, selection and staff are all A+ in my book. Keep up the good work guys!

Wouldnt go anywhere else! They are so nice, and knowledgeable at this store! They carry my bag to my car for me, and special order items other stores refuse to carry! Whats better than other people caring about your animals as if they are their own! Its my new favorite hidden gem ! :)

Love the people there. Always very nice. And there is always some cute friendly cats or dogs there of their own. They also have a grooming service. From time to time they have some cute puppies to adopt.
