Used their grooming service several times and finally had enough. Had a good initial experience and referred a friend but thats when the bad started. Petsmart ended up shaving down their dog without even calling/asking and she was outraged when she picked up her dog. I had a few instances where I was charged more for matts in the dogs hair (even though I am meticulous with her coat), but I assumed it was just because she has long hair. I then brought my dog in with the slightest matt on her foot (figuring they will just charge me extra again, seeing they have no problem adding it in) and they refused to take her "in her condition" without completely shaving her paw (they wouldnt just ignore it or trim around it with scissors). The place was chaotic at the time and feel they really just used it as an excuse for clearing up their messed up scheduling. I said I would never come back and they happily/rudely said "okay, bye." I went home and was able to run a metal brush through her paw, for no more than 3 mins!, and the matt was gone ... ridiculous/comical. They have also missed multiple nails when trimming.

This review is specifically about their grooming department. Nice & friendly staff aside from 1 gentleman who checked us in; he came across as wanting us to just get in & get out & not really listening/understand what type of grooming we wanted on our dog. My husband specifically asked & showed images & showed him on our dog, an area we did not want touched, at all. When we went to pick her up, this specific area was completely cut/shaved off. Her tail was also very uneven. I immediately brought her back in & asked if they could neated up her tail, which they did. Again, the ladies there when we picked up my dog, were friendly and accommodating & did apologize. The gentlemen who apparently did the grooming, was not there, otherwise I would have certainly addressed this with him. When Im paying $60 for a service and make my requests crystal clear, I expect my request to be heard and understood. I doubt I shall return for grooming for my dog.

They are pretty good with helping you but I think the employees should know more about the pets they are trying to sell. Also when I went to get my 2 budgies they cought them with a net which I find terrifying but everything else is good ♥

I got my dog a grooming and he got with one line through his body and the rest hairy and the manager was the one who did the grooming and she wasnt helpful but the other people i would do a 5 star

Constantly out.of the supplies I go there for. Manager was extremely rude and not helpful. I will not be going back to this location.

Butchered my dogs hair cut had to shave her its February manager said get her a sweater never will use again beware
