This has become my favorite UPS store. I ship packages nearly every day and all the people there have always been very cordial to me. There is actually a store closer to me, but since the employees in that store are so rude, I wont go back there. As far as Im concerned, its worth the trip across town to take my business where it is appreciated and I am respected. Not only is this a great place for shipping packages, Greg also keeps a good supply of packing materials such as boxes, tapes, fillers, etc... on hand. So its pretty much a "one stop shop" for shipping. Also, they have great prices on copy services, paper punching, etc... I will continue to do all my UPS shipping here... One other thing to mention is that parking is easy and usually I can get right by the door. Additionally, they leave a hand truck outside for customers to use to bring multiple boxes in at one time which is more evidence of their consideration and commitment to customer needs.

Extremely rude! The older man named Greg was negative and giving me a hard time about having a box that need to be shipped via freight. No problem, amazon will send me a reimbursement. The fact that this guy was making it a difficult situation and not a positive one was what bothered me! Im a Customer Service Manager at guitar center and I would not want a person like this working for me! If you visit this store! Dont speak to Greg. He will only make your situation difficult.

The family that runs this store is lovely! I had a nightmare experience at the UPS Store on CT Ave (which I think is the store the negative reviews belowe are meant for!) and they gave me the opposite experience. Very thankful for their way of doing business and will most certainly give them all of my business going forward.

Terrible customer service, and extremely rude. Received nothing short of complacency by a young woman, and was talked down upon by another employee by the name of Greg. As someone who ships/receives several packages a week from multiple shipping companies, I will take my business elsewhere. Never again.

Horrible service experience. I had to pay to get a printout of the receipt (!), which is free in the other UPS stores (the one next to my office for instance). People extremely unpleasant as soon as you enter the store, for no apparent reason. Dont give your business to these guys.

After being told to get lost at the Conn Ave store, Went over to the Main Ave store and the help was outstanding. love the way they do business they put the customer first. If you have any packages or bulk mailing that needs to be ship then this is the store. Thank you very much !

Not recommended. Got paper work notarized by the "Boss" but when paper work got to lender they were missing, call store they have nothing!!!!! Incredible.
