This is the worst UPS store Ive ever been to. I dropped my package to be shipped and I could not get a tracking number, which was said to be mailed to me. I had to call the UPS store and talk to the manager just to get a TRACKING NUMBER. TOTALLY PATHETIC! They take forever to do anything here. Youre better off going to the post office or another store.

I dont know what Jackie experienced but Fred and crew had the answers for all my shipping issues, from small packages to crates. every thing was great and now i know why they are called the packaging experts. my customers and family just rave about the way the items were packed. Harry

Every time which is quite often Ive gone even after 6 pm they are open and provide fast service. Much faster than post office (sorry p.o.) as far as being waited on. And its close and convenient for me.
