I have always took my dogs that place for a long time. Until last a few days ago, I was very upset and emotional with my big dogs how the employee not treating them very well. The employee did a horrible job with one of my big dogs (cut the nails too short) caused bleeding nails and did not did a good job with bathing very well too. I was following up and approached the employees and the manager to resolve the problem at the same day. I did not appreciate their grooming at all and cant accept it well. The manager decided to give my full refund back. I dont know if I still want to go back to that store again for my dogs in future.

Just had the pleasure of bringing my daughters dog Bongo to PetSmart and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Sarah in the Grooming center was very polite and offered tons of advice. She went above and beyond to keep me informed about our dog and took the time to explain things. I couldnt be more happy with the service provided and recommend everyone to visit this location.

I was a present groomer for Petsmart , they do not treat there employees fairly , I was fired under he said she said circumstances mind you in 7months pregnant! If any of my clients are looking for me , I am working at Heads and tails, Wallingford just ask for me , jessica, thank you

I LOVE the grooming staff here. I can do everything with my dog except his nails. The staff here calmed him down and, now, he can even have his nails grinded after having bad experiences elsewhere. I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here for all of your grooming needs!

I used to love this place but the staff changed and the new staff think they could change the policy, they are all horrible they dont care for the pets, not professional at all. I DO NOT recommend this place unless you dont care for your pet.

Pet Smart has it all. Pets are allowed just be careful the parking lot is very busy.
