This pharmacy has given me some of the worst customer service I have ever received. The fact that I actually went out of my way to write this review says a lot, because I couldnt even remember my Google password. A few months ago, I picked up a prescription and the window mechanism (drop box whatever you will) malfunctioned, dropping the money I had CLEARLY placed in the box, on the ground. It was a windy day and the money blew away. The girl looked directly at me, saw what had happened the entire time, and told me I would need to come up with a different form of payment. I didnt have any other money with me. I told her multiple times the drop box is broken, and when she said nothing could be done (she actually didnt say much, because she saw exactly what happened and knew the drop box was broken and that it was the pharmacys fault), proceeded to get out of my car and look for the money. At this point I was just plain embarrassed, so I went inside. After waiting in line for about 30 mins, the pharmacy manager was extremely rude to me and told me the money was never in their possession so there was nothing I could do. Eventually I went to the store manager and asked him personally for a refund and he gave it to me, after rolling his eyes and clearly annoyed with me. Anyways, I am currently on hold with this pharmacy and have now been on hold for over 30 minutes. A woman picked up the phone after about 15 mins and said "cvs pharmacy please hold" very quickly and hung up. I stayed on the phone, and after around 25 mins of being on hold, another woman picked up and said "hello, oh excuse me I picked up the wrong line Im sorry" and I began to say something back, but she too hung up in my face. It has now been 35 minutes that Ive been on hold. I used to work in customer service and understand what it is like to be busy, but I would never hang up in a customers face, or leave a customer on hold for 35 minutes. These people clearly do not care that other people depend on them for their medications, and their well-being. This pharmacy is awful and I will be switching very soon.

There was great miscommunication between this pharmacy and my doctors office. My office confirmed they were communicating with the pharmacy but the pharmacy staff seemed confused and disorganized. They also treated me rudely as if I was both uneducated and like my prescription was not important to receive asap. This CVS failed to confirm my prescription with me, and lied to my doctor about calling me back with information. I waited over three weeks for my prescription, though I called frequently, even called my insurance to confirm there was no delay there. My script was approved one week before I came in to pick it up but I was not informed - then at the pharmacy I was informed they were out of my prescription and didnt order it the week before, when it was approved to fill. I am very disappointed with this pharmacy and will change my pharmacy. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Minute clinic "doctor" spent 10 minutes texting on her phone with the door wide open. Completely unpersonable therefore making the whole experience uncomfortable and borderline alienating. Only until I said something did her concern show. She probably didnt want a bad review. So here it is. Ill give this place the benefit of the doubt. Last year my experience was pretty good which is why I came back. And honestly there was only one rude pharmacy tech. Plus, I know how hard it is to work with people. But in this particular environment compassion for the well being of others is priority. Not for a paycheck. I dont think Ill be back to this location anytime soon. Its good reason to stay healthy. :-)

I had to transfer my prescription to CVS because of changes with My health plan this has been the worst transition ever I contacted CVS at 8am this morning I provided the tech with all my information because I had no more mess and I needed my prescriptions filled the tech insured me that my prescriptions would be filled by the time I got out of work which was 6 PM When I went to the pharmacy no one could find my information and I currently dont have any medication to control my blood pressure I am furious. The system is very unorganized and it needs to be reviewed here this is a very poor transition and I will be contacting my insurance company .

Ive lived in many different parts of the state, so Ive been to a lot of CVSs to refill my prescriptions. This CVS takes forever, the pharmacy techs are constantly rude and unpersonable and this location is generally unreliable. One time they tolld my my prescription would be ready in 45 minutes and it took them two hours. On my most recent visit they messed up the number of refills that I had, and one of the techs told me that "I should have checked before I left." Yeah ok like it was my fault...? Save yourselves some trouble and choose another location to go to :)

I am not sure whose responsibility this is-- the actual stores or the corporate company, but their operations are wildly unacceptable. Their phone lines have been down for 2 days. I had to go to the store to get my prescription refilled and had to wait for an hour. When I asked what back up phone line or email address I could use to call prescriptions in, they looked confused. I am lucky I have easy access to transportation to drive back and forth. What about people who dont who have critical medicines?

It is really too bad that I have to write this review, as other CVS pharmacies have been great. More than once this pharmacy has failed to fill prescriptions sent to them by my doctors, trying to say they were not received. On another occasion this pharmacy denied filling a script for me 20 minutes before they close, even though it was an emergency. Also, it takes them 15 minutes to answer the phone, if they answer at all. I will be finding a new pharmacy after using CVS pharmacies for 15 years.

Horrible customer service. Ordered photos and the machine was down, never once was i called to inform me that it was not ready. My Daughter had drop a thing of milk on the floor by accident and the people who worked there gave us an attitude. Some splatter got on the photo machine the lady photo person started swearing in from of my kids. She should be fired and not work in customer service at all. I will not be going back to this location at all.

Awful pharmacy. My girlfriend recently dropped off 3 prescriptions to be filled. They told her it would be a one hour wait. When we returned after the allotted time, none of the Rx were filled. We waited an additional 10 minutes and they tried to only give her one of the Rx. We had to wait an extra 10 minutes for the 2 that they forgot... Lame.

Every time I come to get my prescription its a long line for drive thru. Its a drive thru if someones prescription are ready to be picked up it should be taking care of quickly because its DRIVE THRU, however that isnt the case.
