we stopped in om 4-5-2017 with a prescription. the pharmicist said he had to order the medicine, ready friday after 3 pm. he said the price would be $ 12.99. upon return on friday afternoon , she was advised that they could not get the medicine asked for , but got a substitute. the same pharmicict then said the price was $ 71 - very matter-of-factly. when asked about the difference there was no real explanation. he was asked why no one contacted her prior to arrival - i thought you just wanted the medicine. she did not purchase the $ 71 dollar medicine. poor , poor ,poor customer service. they are building a new ,larger store 100 yards away from the current location. i hope some of the staff is replaced, with classes in customer service. 4-10- 2017.

Extremely unprofessional. I am running late to my job after getting to CVS by their 8:00am opening time because they could not dispense the Rx on time. Reason? The pharmacy tech is late for her morning shift!!! They just kept saying "2 more minutes". When she finally shows up, I find out my script was never filled (I specifically came in the day before to arrange it.) So Im going to work without my prescribed medication, because I cant afford to lose any more time. Never had this ridiculous problem at any of the other CVS locations or a Walgreens. Do yourself a favor -- dont EVER go here.

Dirty, unhelpful, every single employee seems annoyed that you are there. If I didnt have to get my medicines at cvs due to Caremark insurance I would never, ever go there again. Avoid!

Worst customer service, they are never friendly, they never have money for money gram receivers and then they will tell you, u dont have money cuz we not busy, well try smiling
