I called I a prescription around noon at the Plainville store. I arranged for pick up at 2:00 pm. I got to the store at around 2:15 and it was not ready. they finally had it ready at 2:45. what is the point of calling ahead if they are not going to have it ready for the scheduled time!?!? guess Ill give CVS a try.

These reviewers cry too much. Ive sometimes waited over an hour for my daughters prescriptions thats life get over it! There a pharmacy not dunkin donuts! All the people there are very nice and have professional additude. I visit this location many times a month so I would know!

Waited for precription for over 2 hours . Four customer ahead of me complained that there medications werent ready also. There was one Pharmacist and one cashier. Spoke with manager to no avail. Spoke with DM very helpful, kind, and reassuring this problem would be resolved.

I have always loved this Walgreens. I moved from Plainville 3 years ago but still frequent this store. Its very convenient for me, I just get on the highway and Im there. It has been my go-to store for years and will be for years to come.
