The employees at CVS in Southington have a distinct issue with communication. It requires at least three phone calls to the changing phamacy techs. and pharmacist that are working in order to orchestrate a simple filling on a script. Very little information is passed on between shifts. I have heard multiple times "I am the only one here.", later to find out when "trying" to pick up my script 20 minutes later I see at least 3 employees working; they may in fact be VERY busy however, they dump the blame that they cannot fill a prescription in an hour and a half at a 1 hr pharmacy on the patient. "Im going to need at least two hours; we are very busy" Im fine with that, however, then I arrive there and it still is not ready, and have not started filling. Countless mistakes...

This place has turned into the worst pharmacy around. I came in, told it would be ready in 15 min, came back 30 min later to be told the same thing. When I came back ano hour later, I had to wait almost 15 minutes just to be helped and there was no one in front of me or being helped (other than the drive thru). After the employee took 4 people in a row in the drive thru I asked if I HD to go through the drive thru to be helped. The guy said, well Im only suppose to do the drive thru. This is a normal occur ancestors here. I wont be back.

Very seldom do we receive good service. Although most of the pharmacy techs are pleasant, the wait time for prescriptions is the longest I have experienced in any pharmacy. We have also experienced having the wrong meds being ordered TWICE, causing a 4 day delay in getting the medicine we needed. The pharmacist would not see if other CVS stores had the meds we needed, but rather, left us to figure it out ourselves. The only good thing about this store is that it is open 24 hours. I do not recommend going here unless you have no other choice.

I have been sitting at the drive through for 15 minutes now and not one person even came to the window to tell me they would be a few minutes and at this point i refuse to leave bc i have waited all this time and the person who was in front of me got service. For customer service i understand busy but i would have at least communicated with the drive through to let them know it would be a wait. The person behind me is waiting almost just as long.

Is a very busy pharmacy. Much of the staff knows me by name and give me a very good service. When I first started going there, they made several errors on my prescriptions but they fixed them expeditiously. For the amount of business they do and the number of perscription they fill Id give them an A plus

The worst pharmacy Ive been to ever in my life. And Ive lived in NY MA and a number of places. They tell you that your rx will be ready in 3 hrs but when you come back it wont be ready for another hour. I have never experienced this type of service from anywhere else absolutely awful!!!!!!

Precription was called in yesterday, called today to see if it was ready. I waited on hold 20 min to be told that I would have to call tomorrow to let them know to fill it, then wait for it to be filled. Horrible pharmacy.

Many people state service is slow here, it can be at times but its probably the busiest pharmacy I know of. Pretty sure most of the town gets their prescriptions here. Never personally had a problem.

Worst pharmacy ever. Constantly call ahead to order my prescriptions. Every time rhey turn me away for another hour or so after waiting 4 hours past when they say it will be ready.
