This is one of the worst petsmart franchises I have ever been to. First off the staff is very unfriendly and very unhelpful. I wanted to adopt a cat and asked an employee if I could pet them and she said "I cant let you in, she has to." So I asked who "she" was. The employee literally rolled her eyes and said "theres literally one person over there" well there was actually no one there because I was JUST over there and no one was around! So when I finally tracked down someone else (I just wanted to adopt a cat, guys...) I asked that employee if I could look at them and she said "I dont have time to do that now" and went about cleaning the fish tanks... Ummm are you kidding me?! Definitely NOT customer friendly and all I wanted to do was adopt a homeless cat! Terrible terrible customer service and RUDE staff.

Very clean and helpful staff. I really could not say enough good things about this store. We had a bad experience at our Local Petco so we decided to go here. Although its about an hour and a half away from where we live we went to buy a Chinchilla and came home with 2 very healthy and happy Chins. The staff was right there to help, and knew everything about the Chins and answered all of our questions! If we need anything again we will defiantly make the trip!

Clean store. Awesome customer service. Managers and staff were very helpful and worked with me on recall of product I had bought in the past. Staff was very helpful in answering questions and helping me out in general with anything I needed. For internet orders just stand in line at checkout and they will grab your items for you.

Its a good story when youre in a crunch for some pet food, but the prices can be a little expensive... Fortunately I bought a cat bed that was on sale. Otherwise at the original cost it would have stayed at the store!

they are simply amazing everyone there really cares. I will drive my hr and half just to go to there groomers and buy my dogs food. They make you feel confy and make sure my puppy is ok they are 100% my #1 choice

PetSmart Grooming is the best in the area! One of my dogs is very sensitive when it comes to his paws. They have alwasy been wonderful! My boys cant wait to get into the grooming area. They spoil them rotten!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Bought dog food thinking I would have to goto car for more money and cashier used a 50% off coupon even though she didnt have to. Extremely nice of her to do that for me.

Always a quick in-and-out when getting food or toys for the pets. The store is clean and well-lit. I cant speak to any of the services, but know they offer training and grooming as well.

The employees here are very helpful and friendly. They always have what I need in stock, and their prices are very competitive. Their grooming salon does a great job as well.

Great staff...extremely help...very knowlageable...if you go to the enfield CT store ask for Axel, he has been a HUGE HELP with our Pitbulls allergies. THANKS AXEL!!!!
