Dont call this location looking for compassionate help people as the phone like they dont want to they talk like youre bothering them and then they give answers that dont make it to where you feel like youre getting the help you need I ended up not getting parts. It was made perfectly clear that if you didnt have just the brand-name but they service that there was no help for you you could not get any parts that were not listed for their brands which is not helpful to a lot of people especially on a Sunday you would think they would have anything that was needed for sale well this will never bring me to that store to buy anything

Went in to get my blade sharpened and pick up some oil mix. The guy says he cant get to my blade today. I say fine, can I just get a new one? They dont have a chain to fit a 16" bar. I say fine, can I get a pack of oil mix? Guy says they wont get a new shipment for a month. This is supposed to be a Stihl dealership! Dont waste your time

Customer service is great. They have a lot of items that are not in the plastic boxes. A 50 cents item may be as much as as $2.50( packed in cheap plastic)in the bigger box stores.This may sound insignificant but when you want to purchase 20 or 30 of one item you will notice a big savings. I have always found what I am looking for in there.

The service department was able to replace an expensive failed mower component for labor only by taking the time to contact Toro and working with them to cover the cost. What a pleasant surprise that was!

great service for all equipment ...Stihl dealer a plus I dont feel bad buying brand new retail items at price because they honestly keep my older equipment running at a more than reasonable price
