Overall I like Ace it is more convenient than some of the hardware stores out there; but the staff can be hit or miss. Some days they are very helpful, and other days they mingle with each other and I have to seek them out to get help. I also find that they sometimes dont have hardware that I think is standard, but this may be because its a smaller store; (but they do have room for seasonal items). I will continue to go here because of the convenient access to the highway and a usually a quick checkout.

I would drive the extra few miles to go to Ace Hardware in Norwich rather than a big box. You get the sense when you walk through the door that they really appreciate your business and are there to help!
