Outstanding service from dedicated people. I only recently relocated to this region, and their facility is off the beaten path in Monson, so I was reluctant to drive that far out of my way. It was well worth the trip. Their stock is spread out over several barns and many levels, but they have it. I had a complicated problem with a new Harmon stove install, the Staff put in the time to help me figure it out. No where else had the people or the parts to resolve my design problem. Its a great place, Ill try them first when I go to the hardware store.

I recently had pellets delivered to my house from Squier Lumber & Hardware. I asked that they put them by the garage but they put them in the driveway. They noted on the slip that there was a car parked too close to the garage so they couldnt put them where I wanted them. I called the next day and they came out within a week to move the 3 pallets next to the garage. Thanks for the extra trip. Great customer service.
