High prices on most items but once in a while good deals and or rare items are found.Overall a decent second hand thrift store with on average acceptable customer service. Store is very often busy and the best day to shop is on Saturday when everyone gets a 50% discount! A portion of the profits are used to fund local advocacy and guardianship programs for individuals with intellectual and or developmental disabilities. Money is also used to pay for staff salaries and monthly meetings for board of directors meetings which are always catered. Money is also used for hotels and other travel related expenses for staff while attending out of town-state activities.

A lot prices seem high for a thrift store, but you can definitely find some good deals if you look around. Customer service is usually not very good, but we did have a wonderful girl check us out the other day. Wish I knew her name so I could mention her, but shes one of few that are very friendly. They generally have a good selection of furniture and household items, as well as clothing/shoes. This isnt my favorite thrift shop in Pueblo, but its definitely worth checking out!

Im not a firm believer in keeping retail prices at retail stores not at a thrift store. These people are a little out of hand. They wanted to charge 9.99 for a pair of kids jeans. Sorry but every other arc thrift store in Colorado have a standard set price of 2.99 for kids jeans. So why they charge so much more???? And they want to charge 50% more then other arcs for the furniture. Rediculous!

Very large store. They have so many donations its hard to keep up with things Im sure. The workers are busy but pleasant. You could find just about any type of glassware, and knickknacks you would ever want here. Tuesday is Senior day where an additional amount is taken off for our older peers. They have sales weekly as well that coincides with a sticker color in the store. Check it out

I love the A.R.C. My girl friends and I make it regularly for fun "everything". The people are just so kind and the prices and shape their clothes are in is amazing. Every single purchase Ive made had been a hit and I shop there alot ! Happy Lady

Magnificent, only reason it is not a 5, Im it has no not delivery. If one doesnt have a truck and the ability to lift, you have to pass up lots and lots of bargains. We plead every time we go in the store.

Interesting selection of items in an organised and easy to peruse layout. All items are donated and most of the proceeds go to charity. Several locations to choose from. Usually friendly staff.

Waaaaayyy over priced for used items. $7.99 for one curtain? They sell nothing as a set. You can find nicer brand new items at Ross. Dont waste your time.

Prices on some stuff its higher than Walmart, especially their linens! They dont sell sheet sets. All are separated pieces and prices. Too high!
