This 711 is the greatest , hands down the best in Colorado Springs , , Peyton, Monument, and Fountain, this is my stop twice a day , and when Im on the Road I have no choice but to stop at other 711s, needless to say Ive run into some of the worst in town, burned Coffee Glass Pots dirty, Closed Rest Rooms to the Public, Cashiers on there phone texting and telling me to hold on Ill be with you in a sec, Selling Doughnuts in front of the cash register at half price from the day before, Homeless People allowed to beg in front of the store front, Dirty Ice in the Ice machine , telling customers that the credit machine is down, cash only and not giving a receipt, Dirty Stores, Bad Attitudes, Cashiers that question your cup as a refill, ETC. Falcon / Peyton 711s Staff is professionally trained and has excellent customer service, always expect a Hello when you come thru the door, Maggie, Courtney, and Abbey make this store successful, Mark does a great job hiring new kids to become subject matter experts. The only issues I have ever had was the ATM is always out, Whole Milk is sometimes out on the weekend, and the occasional item your always looking for is not in stock, but is that really a bad thing ? I challenge any 711 in the greater area thats better than this one.

By Far the best 711 in COLORADO SPRINGS, Clean and always has Hazelnut Creamer, Mark really trains his employees to perfection, Maggie and Courtney are a great team on the weekdays , I despise being on the road and I need a cup of coffee , Ill stop at other 711s and there stores are dirty, never a clean restroom, and most important there Coffee stand is despicable. Our Falcon 711 is always on point except sometimes on the weekends. 5 Stars !! You guys are always my first stop when I get up in the morning, Whole Milk in the Machine is always full, Hazelnut Creamer is always available, and just overall your store is so clean. One time I walked in and the Regular Coffee was out, they made me a pot right away and then said because you had to wait, this cup is on us.... This Place is great, The staff Courtney, Abbey, Maggie and others that dont have a name tag . Your Gas Prices are a little high and your ATM is always down but I still make sure you are my first Stop every morning .

This place seems to always be out of the one thing I need every time I go there. It is new and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Word of warning though... when the wind is blowing out of the north at a brisk pace the left door can be lethal if you arent artful. Apparently the construction manager didnt consider the wind in Falcon when the plans were given to him.

Always a line for the restroom. Tp and hand soap are out. Coffee is double the price of Kum and go.
