Surprisingly awful experience: rude pharmacists and crappy computer systems. The first employee who tried to help me said my rx was deleted by the system although it was on record that my dr had submitted it. Next a male pharmacist stepped in and told me I should have submitted it myself, and when he couldnt get a hold of my doctor asked me if I had transportation so that I could go to the clinic and get a new script. I wont be back to this pharmacy and may give up on this Target location altogether (difficult egress/ingress to parking lot from major roads.)

Sexist pigs, anti-LGBT. This pharmacy is a joke. I called in a complaint about miss gendering me twice, I received a phone call from a CVS manager to go over the complaint. They never called me back. CVS has pathetic customer service and annoying employees. The next time I get miss gendered there they will get an ear full. Be cautions this CVS is run my ignorant and careless employees. Next time I will report it to the police as harassment and file a complaint to DORA

Called these guys and told the guy asking questions I had just been laid off and had to obtain new health insurance and told him who the new company was. I asked if they could fill the prescriptions and he said yes. I drove down to the pharmacy. I was told to wait. Then, after waiting, they told me they could not fill the prescription because they dont take my insurer. Which was why I called in the first place!!

The pharmacist that works here is terrible. CVS has an automated system that sent me multiple text messages saying my prescription was ready. When I arrived, the pharmacist told me that it was too soon to refill and that I needed to come back in two days. To be fair, the rest of the staff is good. Its only when hes there that I have problems (which is most of the time).

This is the best pharmacy Ive ever been to. They are fast and friendly, and have no issues with you calling to ask questions. Ive been going here for over five years and will continue to recommend them!

I have never had such rude service as I did today by a younger gentleman at this pharmacy. His attitude was aggressive and judgmental. I felt so uncomfortable I took my prescription back and left.
