The older male pharmacist here is awful. I transferred all my prescriptions to Walgreens on South Golden Road. Only use the Safeway Pharmacy if you like to waste you time and get an attitude from and old male pharmacist. Want to get birth control filled? Hell tell you he can get it filled in 2 days and hell cancel your autofill with out informing you. He is the single most frustrating pharmacist Ive ever met. Have an allergic reaction to a medicine and cancel that medicine and get a prescription for new one that you are not allergic to... dont worry Safeway will not make notes or remember which one is the one you are allergic too. Need medicine urgently because youre so sick you cant get out of bed because of your hyperemesis gravidarum, you can count on this place to make sure it takes at minimum 12 hours to get your prescription filled and almost land you in the ER due to dehydration from lack of urgency to fill your nausea meds. Not sure how they are still in business, but save your sanity and take your prescriptions somewhere else.

Huge selection of groceries, produce is fresh and well organized. Lady at the pharmacy is extremely nice and helpful. Understaffed, Only one person working at the deli/food/sandwich area.
