They gave me a hard time about providing three little pills (blood pressure not anything major) to tide me over because my prescription had expired (I still had one refill which I was keeping track of) and they needed to contact my physician. The label was illegible but hey it was MY FAULT. The clerk told me that they wouldnt offer complementary pills to me unless there was a delay in the filling of a prescription next time, but theyd do it for me this time. Well there wont be a next time, Cosco Pharmacy. Not only does this practice underscore this pharmacys blatant disregard for any semblance of customer service, IT IS A DANGEROUS PRACTICE. PEOPLE CAN DIE FROM NOT TAKING THEIR MEDICATION. SO my recommendation is to find another pharmacy which is exactly what I am doing.

Dropped off rx for 5mg Montelukast (generic Singulair) but instead of the 5mg Costco dispensed a 10mg, even after verifying the prescription. When I got home I compared what was dispensed to what the doctor had prescribed and it is a good thing that I did. My doctor called Costco right away about the error and Costco re-filled for the correct strength; they even credited me the original purchase price. None-the-less, if I wouldnt of double cked on my end who knows what would of happened to my 8yr old son. Consider yourself lucky Costco!!!! It pays to double ck ALL prescriptions at any pharmacy but especially here at the Arvada Costco. I will not utilize Costcos Pharmacy again for any reason!!

Ive used the pharmacy for over 3 years. The staff has always been pleasant, wait time is reasonable, and prices lots better than Walgreens. A couple of drugs increased dramatically in price, but that affected other pharmacies as well, not just Costco. The pharmacy is just one more good thing about Costco.
