Potential Racism at this Liquor Store in Lone Tree. After being a customer for over 5 years. Yesterday after coming in with a government issued Temporary ID and other forms of ID including passport. They refused to accept my Colorado Temporary Drivers license. The cashier refused to look me up in there system or ask for another form of iD. The cashier asked what happened to my Drivers License and asked if I was in the system when she could have looked it up. Then she called someone who she said was the manager but actually was not the manager to resolve the issue. After she looked me up in the system she asked what happened to my original Drivers License. I said it was lost and that Temporary License is what the state gives you until the new license arrives. After looking me up and confirming my license number, phone number, and address they began to lecture about I dont even know. Then the "manager" said she was going to sell to me this time. At that point I said here is my money give me my product. Then they pushed my money back towards me and said to leave. I just went to the next liquor store. Racism is alive and this place is keeping it that way. Thanks

Prejudice much? Oh Im sorry Im Hispanic and just got treated like trash! Staying out here on a date night with my husband, wanted to get a drink. Went here cause there was no where else closer to us, husband left his if at the hotel. Were 34 and 37. I carried the alcohol and approached the counter. Due to the fact that my husband did not have his is they refused to serve me. Are you serious?!?! YOU HAVE MINORS WALKING ALL OVER THE PLACE IN THIS LIQUIR STORE. Are you carding them also?!?!?! Lady at the other register walked up to the counter we were at and snatched the beer away like we were a bunch of teenagers trying to illegally buy alcohol! You all need to recheck your policies and I will be filing an official bbb complaint! You are NOT FOLLOWING THE LAW! Cant leave out the fact that all the workers were white and we were the only Hispanics in the store.

Im not one to usually write a review (good or bad), but weve been going to this store ever since I moved to Denver, and felt I needed to write a review. Frankly, weve been disappointed. The staff is incredibly unfriendly. Particularly a young blond. I feel that asking a simple question about a bottle of wine at a liquor superstore should not be answered (or lack there of) with an incredible attitude. It may just be this one individual, but come on!!! I recommend looking at another liquor store where asking a question isnt frowned upon. Really disappointed, especially since we gave them about 10 chances.

A huge selection of wines can be found here along with an impressive array of beers and liquors. The staff here are very helpful and will help you find what you are seeking. They also always have sales going on and there are some really good deals to be found. Take your time in coming here to find them & to take in the huge selection they have to offer. Be sure to check out the staff favorite shelves in the middle of the store. It has a varied selection and its hard to go wrong with one of these choices.

The store manager is a joke!!! This place sucks and I will never be in again... I was part of a bridal party and me and a couple others from the wedding went to this store after pictures to pick up some stuff for me and the guys and one other guy didnt have his id which he came in to use the bathroom not intending to buy any sort of liqour and they wouldnt sell me a pint I was buying for the groom as a gift....... this place sucked and the manager was a big redneck!!!!!

Every time I go here the marked price rings up wrong. Crooked Stave Surrette had a sign that said $1 off and is $5.99. It rang up $7.99 so they did a price check and the guy said the cheapest one they have is $6.99. I went back and brought the sign up that said $5.99 but didnt want to wait in line again so I left. Im buying all my beer at Davidsons where they dont waste my time, charge me correct prices and have a better beer selection.

Selection is some of the best in the area. Also, if you shop the sales you can get some really incredible deals. Have no real comment on the staff, because I usually know what Im looking for when I head in. If youre in the area and are looking for something, this place probably has it and you probably wont pay too much for it.

Love this place! Best variety and prices of wine, beer, and liquor that Ive seen in Denver. They also have a frequent flyer program, which always helps. They will card everyone that enters, in order for you to purchase, everyone has to be over 21. Keep that in mind, and it is posted in many places that they do this.

Passing through CO on my way home to KS, I wanted to stop and pick up all the beer I couldnt find at home. I emailed in advance and got an excellent reply from Nic confirming what they had in stock. When I got there, James the beer guy helped me find what I wanted...and then some.

Jordan and the staff at Lukas are outstanding. They have a solid (and growing) selection of American whiskey, a number of interesting private barrel selections, and a fantastic craft beer cooler. I really enjoy doing business with Lukas. Highly recommended.

Humongous selection, ok weekly deals compared to some of the other local stores. But if you really want it and have to have it you might have to make a trip to Applejack.
