$186 right into the CORRUPT owners pocket!!!!!! Absolutely terrible, the people who work there WILL try to sell you shotty glass work and will have you feeling as if you just purchased quality glass. I had the piece in my possession for 5 days and on the sixth day I went to change the water (as any regular person would do) and the piece broke in my hands (Literally crumbled in my hand) leaving about an inch gash in my ring finger(4 stitches). I brought the piece back to the shop were i politely told them what had happened and how the piece had broken at a seam(shotty glass work) and there was no way i dropped it. Now, when I went in there I did not demand a refund or store credit i just simply stated to them that the piece broke due to manufactures errors and if they could help me out at all and they told me that i broke it and was trying to rip them off, now after this i calmly again restated my story and the guy behind the counter I guess tried to intimidate me by getting in my face and raising his voice when clearly it could have been dealt with professionally but thats not how they operate if your looking for quality glass i would NOT go here.Please help spread the word these guys need to be held accountable for there terrible glass work i would not want anybody else to have to through what Ive gone through.

Terrible customer service. I bought a new tank for my box mod and when I got it home and put together, it fried the atomizer right off the bat. I look at my mod and the OHMs are jumping all over the place. No biggie I think, bad atomizer, so I change out the atomizer. Still no go. I swap my old tank on to check, perfectly stable. So I take it back and ask if I can swap it out because something is wrong with it, and I had to argue with the guy behind the counter that it didnt work. After checking the tank on their own batteries and then opening a new one to try on mine, which the new one was perfectly stable, the manager on duty finally said yeah we can exchange it. If I buy a product that doesnt work, I expect to be able to exchange it, without fighting with the guys behind the counter. I didnt buy glass, and I didnt break anything on it, it was simply defective. Ive been going to bear for years, its where I bought my first piece when they were new in the barn shop, but theyve gone downhill quite a bit.

First time I went in the atmosphere was great friendly staff and great products. However the second time I went in to buy a smok and left happy. During my drive back home my batteries died. Obviously I charged them. But again my mod was saying low batteries I called to ask whats going on and to see if I can change them out. Instead of friendly service. blame from staff was put on me sayin if you overcharge blah blah. I went to a different store to buy batteries and get a different input the gentlemen told me. Shoty batteries were to blame and gave me free batteries and sent me on my way. Customer service is great when you wanna buy something from these people but beware as soon as you need help and need service with your products, you arent gonna get much help. They buy cheap mock offs and sell cheaper for competitors. Go else where even if you do pay a little more for the products.

Pipes start as low as $3.99 and they do buy one get one half off, always. And waterpipes start as low as $16.99 and they do buy one get one for $4.20, always. Their local glass depends on the artist, but their own blower has pipes starting at $16.99 which have really nice fume work. Oil Rigs start at $14.99, but they even have ways to dab for as low as $4.99. They have a great selection, even with their vape and hookah products. So far nowhere in town can compete with their prices. On top of that, the customer service is great. The staff is amazing and they all love their jobs. They do a great job of explaining products and getting you the best deal you can get! I wouldnt recommend anywhere else!

I am a student at UNC and went to this smoke shop looking for good deals and a variety of smoking accessories. My experience was extremely disappointing to say the least. It is obvious the owners are greedy, their prices are way too high. Their selection was sub-par and they seem to be out of touch with what college students can afford and like to buy. The staff was very rude too, they were acting entitled for what ever reason and were playing on their phones for a while before they even acknowledged me. I will not be returning to this store, there are a few smoke shops down the street with a better selection, better prices and better customer service. Save your money and time!

I love Bear Necessities! I once bought something from them and accidently got the wrong size. I wasnt expecting to get my money back, since it was my mistake. But I told the owner and he said he would replace it without a receipt. I told him that wasnt necessary, since it was a mistake that I had made. And he said "I want your business, not your money." Im a regular there, and for that reason they give me great deals every time I go. Its the only smoke shop you can go in Greeley where the employees and owners are friendly and helpful and not creepy!

Awesome customer service! I went in there today and have nothing but compliments! This is the best smoke shop in Greeley! The employees knew what they were talking about and were able to help me find exactly what I needed. They didnt push me to buy anything, rather found something that best fit my needs. I really like all the local glass they had and ended up finding myself some fun things that were decently priced! I will be back!

This is by far the best vapor/smoke shop I have been to. I have not once had a bad experience here. The staff is nice, helpful and knowledgable on all of their products. I have the worst luck with my vapor pen and they help solve any issues I have with it. They have the best pricing out of all the shops I have been too. If you want good quality service and great prices then this shop is the place to go. Keep it up guys!

Super clean smoke shop! Employees are available to help you, but dont follow you around the store trying to rush you into a purchase. Prices of glass are awesome! pipes start at $3.99 and have a buy one get one half off option! excellent for the occasional lap drop to have a back up!

Best smoke shop in the area, just do some prior research online if you know what youre getting beforehand. These guys generally leave you alone to browse, but they may exaggerate a bit to get a sale if a conversation gets going.
