I bought a $100 mod here for concentrates that broke down after only 2 days. I went back seeking some help, a refund or an exchange. The brain surgeon with the bad tattoos behind the counter informs me of the hand written no refunds sign. Wow ok, how about an exchange? He tells me no, and that the owner is in California and I need to call him. Uh, excuse me? I, as the customer need to call the owner in another state to argue for a refund? Why the dim wit behind the register couldnt do it is beyond me. Either way after being refused any help at all, I took my broken $100 paper weight and exited the store, at which point the employee working there FOLLOWED me out to my car and began to try and pick a fight with me. This is unheard of, I dont go to head shops to get into fist fights and this dude was in the middle of his stores parking lot threatening me and trying to goad me into a fight. Unreal. I am an Iraq war vet and this dude really could have gotten himself hurt if I was in a worse mood but whatever. Oh, and everything in the store is about 30-40% more than what I see at other shops and online. Example: they have a rasta colored small dab bubbler for sale at $70 when literally the same one can be bought at smokeys 420 for $35, and the mod i bought costs only $40 online. Avoid this shop at all costs. Update: 8/1/2017 I won a charge back against these guys so I advise if any of you paid with card to talk to your credit card company and see if you can get your money back.

The big sign ALL SALES ARE FINAL, should have to told me these guys were shady.They dont give receipts. They engage in SHADY practices/ MY first experience was bad but the handful following the first with the same employee just got worse. The guy behind the desk was CONDESCENDING and RUDE . He was PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE TOWARD ME. I dont even know this mans name and he made a simple business transaction into something personal and because of they way he engaged me I am GOING OUT OF MY WAY to write this.

Worst experience of my life I bought a vape pen take it home use it a couple of times go to plug it in to the charger and I go out front for a minute look in my house and its full of smoke because the charger caught fire so we took it back to the store and the manager told cause it is used there was nothing he would do HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE GO TO THE YELLOW BUILDING DOWN THE STREET. P.S I HAVE PLENARY OF PHOTOS IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO SEE!

I bought a torch here and it died a week later, then I made a deal with the owner to get a better one for $12 bucks more, and that torch died after two weeks. Seriously kicking myself for spending $40 on a knock of torch when I could have gone to Walmart for half the price. This place is way overpriced and their items are not even near quality. Go to mellow yellow. Wayyy better. Never give this place your money. Youll regret it like I did.

Stopped by to pick up a couple things, unfortunately, even though on-line its advertised to close at 6 pm on Sundays, they are closed. Considering that it was 5:35 when I arrived Im feeling a little put out. Also the fact that the store doesnt have hours posted in the window leaves me to question whether the hours listed on-line are inaccurate, or if whomever working today just had something better to do! Guess Ill never know...

Its a great place to go look,but being from Denver and shops everywhere this shop is very overpriced and thats even with a 2 for 1 deal and I can go across the street to Conoco and buy the 2 for alot cheaper without a deal,but everyone is nice and cool that Ive come across so far

Initially I was pretty upset because I bought an ecig and it stopped working when I charged it. I just became angrier as the day went on. I went into the shop and the employee fixed it in minutes and threw in a coil. I will definitely be returning

I bought 2 pieces from this store, i enjoy them. as far as the products go, people act is if the people running the store made the pieces themselves. Dont buy cheap and think its going to work like sometihng high quality, you get what you pay for.

Over priced counterfeit wholesale items. Workers lie and say theyre the manager and will kick you out if you ask if some products are authentic. Bear Necessities and Mellow Yellow are the better local options.

Never had bad customer service here. Always professional with guys that know their stuff. Prices are a little high but worth the experience. Their selection is awesome too.
