I purchased a cigarette machine and a bag of gambler tobacco from this store on 2-9-2010 and spent about $50.00. The tobacco was very stale and a small piece broke on the cigarette machine. I came back 2 weeks later and they told me to send the machine to the manufacturer as they did not want to exchange it. I smoked less than 1 cigarette from the tobacco and they said it was opened so it could not be returned. I told them I thought this was poor customer service and they told me too bad. The manufacturer of the machine told me they thought it was crazy they would not exchange the machine as it is a standard process for the stores to return them to the manufacturer. Luckily the manufacturer was more than happy to fix or replace my machine. I just thought other customers might want to know the level of service this store provides and suggest visiting another store altogether.
