I normally love this store and everyone is so friendly, however one bad experience can turn that all around. My mom and I had scheduled an appointment with Drueann and I explained that this was for two people (my mom and I). We showed up for our appointment on time and even browsed through the store awaiting our appointment. Drueann came out of her last appointment and was negative off the bat. She asked if I had the appointment, I said "yes" pointed at my mom and explained it was for both of us. She rudely said "well I dont normally do combination readings but just come back." We walked in to the room and my mom asked "well what are our options if you cant do this for both of us?". Mind you when I called I said there were two people so all of this could have been prevented. Drueanne again negatively and rudely said "no what I actually said was come back and well talk about." So my mom continued to explain why were there. Drueann exaplined how if this doesnt work out we can make the decision to cancel. My mom explained that we will cancel because obviously she doesnt want to work with us. Not once did she ask us what our names were or anything about us. She didnt even tell her what her name was until she said "well I dont normally do that." We cancelled because the energy was off and to my surprise Drueann stood up before we even had the chance to get up and she rushed us out of the room and I could here the door slam behind us. I come before people are welcoming and open. I dont appreciate someones rude behavior and not even making an attempt to see who we are and why we made an appointment in the first place. All around negative and I will not be coming back just because of her actions. Im honestly appalled because even her facial expressions showed she wanted nothing to do with us the minute we walked in. I find it wildly unprofessional and I would never treat families like that whom are looking for answers. A little compassion can go a long way.

-12,000 on so many levels! I cannot tell you how much I loathe this store. Pretentious isnt even half of it. One of the holidays I was in and they were charging an ungodly amount for something that I wanted and they told me "Call it an added fee due to availability since were the only ones open during the holiday." I told them "No, youre not the only ones open during the holiday - EVERYONE ELSE is open today! Youre not special!" The girl just said, "Oh, I thought we were the only ones open." RUDE! Snotty, and she smirked as she said this!!! I am not into paying a higher price just because you think your stuff is so much better than every one elses when its not. The surcharge is not acceptable. I left with only one of the products as it was - as I refused to buy more than that. I had it in my head to buy many more, but I will NOT buy from a company that THINKS they are higher than anyone else and can upcharge an enormous amount for one product. I will NEVER return to this store nor will I ever recommend it to anyone!!

The prices here are great! I really saved tons of money on herbs, essential oils and candles compared to the rest of the metaphysical stores in town. The jewelry selection is second to none and the prices are excellent too for real sterling silver pieces. I got a pentagram with an inlaid moonstone that I just love. Although Isis has tons of other products, their selection of books and tarot decks is what really sets them apart! No other store I have been to even comes close. I really enjoyed browsing through all the samples they have of every deck they carry. Did I mention the staff? These are truly sweet and helpful people who genuinely wanted to help with all the questions I had. There is a reason Isis has been around so long, they are awesome!

Though I found some quality books in the Egyptian/Celt section, I felt like these yanks were a bit too uptight. As if they were trying to size me up. I went in there with a good and open attitude, and had money to spend. I got into glancing through the books. But It seemed like the female employees there, were only interested in talking to other female customers. In fact I know one of the employees there, and I got flat out ignored, I looked at her and she turned away, and never said hello. How could screw up a place that carries the lost works of Merlyn. I will say that the lady (forgot her name) that was working in the herbal dept. that day, was upbeat and courteous. I am going to take my biz elsewhere. Cheers.

Ive been going to Isis for many many years. I first went as a child to the old location. I love the energy of the place and always come for supplies. There are plenty of books (many topics), herbs, stones, candles and oils. They def helped me out today. Im in the middle of a energy detox, and lately my energy has been all over the place. I asked for what would be best, and immediately was greeted with Nepali amber oil and a malachite egg. Instantly felt grounded. My energy feels much better now, pretty excited for the rest of the detox time. Besides that I almost always leave with a new oracle deck :)

I cannot recommend Isis highly enough. It is an excellent resource with kind, knowledgeable people there to help you. Its not a judgemental or too cool for you place. Their selection of oils and the number of tarot/oracle decks they carry is staggering. Considering just how much they sell, the organization of the store is very impressive to me. And ask questions! I often go there not quite sure what Im looking for, but when Ive taken a moment to describe the energy Im looking for or the issue I want to address, I end up being shown exactly what I need.

I really enjoyed the store and its selection. However, I had a weird experience with one of the employees. They make it very obvious that theyre closely watching the customers to make sure that nobody shoplifts. I think its an understandable practice, but at one point in time the woman who was obviously watching me lost sight of me and said very loudly "Where did that girl go?". It made me feel very, very uncomfortable, and made for an equally uncomfortable shopping experience. Its for this reason that I probably wouldnt return.

Beautiful store, Ive been going for years. They have a wonderful selection and everything you could possibly need for anything. The store has a good vibe, as soon as you walk in you can feel all your stress worry and fear melt away, sometimes i will go in just for that sense of safety. Staff is all very friendly and very knowledgeable. I constantly do and will continue to recommend this store to anyone and everyone!!

I walked past this place, and had no idea why all the books were outside. After I saw a movie, I headed back where I wondered around for a significant amount of time outside. There were lots of books I wanted to get, but allowed myself to only get one. This seems to be the perfect place for my Dad, and I cant wait to bring him back here. It was a little jumbled, but that was the best part about it!
