After tonights experience I hope this place crashes and burns: 1. There was an incident tonight where a worker of his who I befriended was spat in the eye by a meth head. Now I happen to be a contractor who is temporarily providing services that have actually aided in Alexs business, by the way. And I know what happened here because I was a witness. Right away Alex accused me of not doing a job he doesnt pay me for and never has, and he switched tables on my friend here when he first pleaded with him to stay and then became pissed my friend didnt want to work there anymore after having been assaulted (this in addition to a host of other crap he has had to tolerate as a condition of the job). Apparently some of my "privileges" have been revoked because I didnt do what Alex accused me I need to do even though contrary to his personal belief I do not have the proper level of skill to effectively handle a situation like this at that particular range. 2. Prices are considerably higher compared to neighboring businesses like Natural Grocers for similar or superior products. 3. Some of the employees here have personality problems. Theres a guy here named Jesse who is the most vulgar and most invasive gay man I have ever met. What started out as a simple innocent invitation for a beer quickly turned into a session at his apartment where he was going to get me high on marijuana and booze and then proceeded to GROPE me. Even though he claimed at the time he understood I wasnt that way, it didnt stop him from making countless remarks regardless of whether there were customers and so on. Nevermind the fact I didnt beat Jesse to a pulp for trying to molest me. Nevermind I let the remarks brush off. But tonight really showed me the quality of some of the people who work here. So if youre desperate to buy something, this place will do. But keep in mind 7/11 isnt far away and youre much less likely to be hassled, harassed and or ripped off in exchange for your money.

It is a rip off, they buy items from Sams club and mark up the price, they are fooling the whole community with a Fake christian image, I have purchased items from this store , and when they break they do not replace the broken item Which is marked up , and from china . good Day ,They have a Fake collection jar and they say they are using the money to build schools in india, Yeah right. Not only do they serve Dazbog coffee, they also have Santiagos breakfast burritos! Super excited to have access to 2 of my favorite things at such a great location. Ive seen this store under different owners and it is now by far the best it has ever been. Amazing improvements! Thanks for your service to the Cap Hill neighborhood!

A true convenience store. Nice people, decent supply of food stuffs. Miss the quarter pusher, but who cares? I can grab potatoes, cheese, gatorade, and antacid on the fly.
