I have been coming here to get a change of scenery during my studies for a few months now. The staff is nice and quick. It seems that there is always one dirty bathroom and one does not lock... I have been walked in while tinkling. No paper towels in the locking bathroom. Still not fixed. Also tables are never clean or realigned. I understand that Starbucks has been dubbed the public bathroom of the world but, when you gotta go, you gotta go. An hourly checklist has helped my employees stay on top of these issues.

This is the BEST starbucks in Colorado Springs! The staff at this location are amazing, fun, kind, genuine, and overall awesome. The coffee is great, and the service is efficient. Ive typically always preferred smaller independently owned coffee shops, however, after going here a few times Ive beome hooked. The staff are so friendly, fun, interesting, and awesome that this feels more like a neighborhood coffeeshop than anywhere in the Springs. I cant say enough good things about this place.

This is the worse Starbucks ever!!! Had a issue with them letting me order a drink in the XL size. They said that lemonade only comes in the the large size or smaller. Had to call corporate to check. Then last week I went inside to order a black tea to go. I seen one of the employees sweeten some milk and then taste it!!! Then in turn make a drink with it and serve it to a customer in the drive thru. I am never going back to this location.

I kind of hate to do this because their service had always been good in the past but my last two visits through the drive-thru my orders have been done incorrectly. They were nice enough to comp me my second order but after I drove away and tasted things and read the label I discovered they made my order wrong again so it is a little frustrating. May try them one more time to see if they get it right and then I will boost my review

Easily our most favorite Starbucks in Colorado Springs. Were west-enders so while its the only one close, its not the only reason why we love it. The people are super friendly and they make their lattes nice and strong, not too milky. The SW facing outside tables are great. The only downside is the very limited parking and the "take your life in your hands" feeling navigating the parking lot.

31st and Colorado Starbucks is Awful. Manager named Rianne is extremely rude and gets very impatient with customers and treats her employees with no respect. I could not believe the service at this location! Really ruined my over all expirience at Starbucks. Not even worth coming here when Im being disrespected especially by the general manager Rianne.

I went to the drive thru and the girl didnt even say anything hi bye ...nothing ...even after I said have a great day....i almost went in to complain but i was on my way to an appointment....I go to Starbucks 1 or 2 times a day....disappointed in this location ....1 St time there and probably last

They always suggest a very terrible dessert. The cookie-dough cake pop is not a substitute for the chocolate and they need to bring back the salted caramel. The male staff is always friendly. I havent had good look with the young female staff. Just my experience.

Theyve messed up my order two out of my last three trips from just size to not even close. I dont send it back but theyre really nice. I go there because of location but would go to another one in a heart beat. Difficult to go north from here too

Always a wonderful staff, great service, and generally just a great place to chill. Parking and main road access can be horrific, especially if youre making a left turn onto either 31st or Colorado Ave. Would be a five star review otherwise.

This is a clean and friendly Starbucks with a drive through, and its located on the corner. I give it four stars because it is usually pretty crowded, and the parking lot is cramped... but otherwise its like every other Starbucks.

I went through the drive-thru and the staff remembered my wifes drink - and I wasnt even there when she ordered it the day before! I dont really like Starbucks as a company with their politics, but their staff is just incredible!

What a nightmare it is to get in and out of their parking lot. Also, when I was there it was really humid inside, but not in a good way, like in a musty basement kind of way... Coffee was good though, and they were super fast.

I love this Starbucks - its a nice cool place to hang out after the hot Colorado summer sun. Also, the customer service is always great - I called today and they set aside the last NYTimes Sunday paper for me.

Very nice efficient staff :-) pretty busy... but there was plenty of seating outside on the patio which I prefer anyways :-) love the atmosphere here. Beautiful and unique plants in the windows

Some what complicated to get into and out of depending on the direction you are heading and the traffic volume. Made some decent drinks if not a little heavy handed on the syrups.

Quick service, friendly staff, but limited parking. Due to its location, it can be quite difficult getting in and out of here. The staff does a good job keeping things clean.

This Starbucks on Colorado Ave is great, always friendly and the lattes are perfect every time, order a double tall for here latte and take a minute to enjoy.

When the baristas are slow to acknowledge you, then are rude and snobby it definitely doesnt make me want to spend over 10 dollars on two coffees.

Access is very difficult to get into and out of, especially the drive thru lane.No room for parking beyond a few smaller vehicles.
