+ -Its extremely apparent every time I come here that theyre putting their hearts into the coffee, like theyre crafting art. -Most brews taste more complex than I even knew was possible with coffee. -Located in a spacious warehouse-type space with less than half of the floor as a sitting area. Its comfortable, and feels calm+focused. - -If youre looking for a quick cup, this may not be the place. -Their food options are pretty expensive for how small the portions are, although they taste great. -Theres only one outlet (unless youre really tall) --- Overall, the cons dont detract from the 5* quality and I highly recommend. Andy the owner is very approachable as well.

When looking for a small cafe with an industrial feel, Sweet Bloom is perfect. Not only are they an award winning roaster, the atmosphere in the small coffee shop make you feel like youre part of the coffee making process. The roasters are preparing new beans to be bagged and put on the shelves, the smell is always delicious, and the coffee is the best Ive ever tasted. If youre like me and enjoy local roasters, single origin, light roast with fruit and citrus notes, try Sweet Bloom! If youre new to coffee and want a great experience, try Sweet Bloom! If you love your Starbucks PSL but also want to try something different, try Sweet Bloom!

Extremely glad I found a REAL coffee shop close to home. They have a very cool coffeehouse setup in a warehouse setting. You can watch them roast the beans right there. The coffee was great - had one of the smoothest pour over coffees ever. Not a huge espresso fan, but the guy next to me raved about it, so may have to give that a shot next time...everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. Will be back!

While the place had a "vibe"...it also had a tremendous amount of bothersome noise. Staff was rearranging metal shelving without concern for the customer experience. They did not consider our request to quiet it down. Loud hammering completely killed conversation, leading us to head outside to finish our coffee and conversation. Keep construction to non-peak or after hours. Not ever going back...

Been visiting a number of coffee shops in the Denver area for the past 6 months and this one is top-notch. The vibe inside is not as good as others but the quality of the coffee compensates. Their current focus is clearly on creating extremely good coffee and thats what you should come for. No snacks, pastries, etc, just reeeeeally good coffee.

This isnt a "cafe." They dont have an extensive food menu; they had these amazing little cake/bread sweets this morning. But what they do have is darned good coffee!! I would love to come back at try all the varieties and get an education about how to make exceptional coffee. Nice to see the roasting/packing operations in the open. Unique.

These guys know good coffee! Amazing experience! Caleb, the Barrista, talked us through the Aeropress process! He is quite the artist! The environment is perfect for what Sweet Bloom does....roast select beans, serve incredible coffee, and provide world class ambiance! Definitely will be back!

Awesome coffee joint! This place makes their coffee differently than everyone and you should try the difference. Cool atmosphere, where you can see the beans being roasted. The guys working were very knowledgeable and it showed through the latte. Will definitely be going back!

Coffee first. Calling them coffee pros feels like an understatement. All of their coffee is made to order with careful attention being paid to each beverage. Their pour overs use V60s. The seating area is right in the middle of their roasting room. One of my new favorites.

Fabulous coffee. If you havent been there the area its in is pretty grungy. Theres not much ambiance and I think theyre more focused on the wholesale and roasting than being a go to coffee shop. Its super minimal but the approach and commitment is refreshing.

Best cup of coffee, I almost didnt think it was possible for coffee to reach the quality that Andy has created. Truly a work of art and a true love of all things coffee. I doubt I could ever look at another Starbucks again! Well done and I will be back soon.

This is literally the best coffee roaster Ive ever experienced. They are easily the best in Denver, as Ive tried them all. The Derratu is my favorite of their roasts, but you cant go wrong with any of them. Absolutely impeccable quality.

Finally, a world class roaster in Colorado! Perfect roasting and they dont burn their beans like nearly everyone else outside of the west coast. I cant recommend their beans highly enough. They also make a mean cup of coffee. Cool staff.

Sweet Bloom is one of the best roasters in the world; theres no doubt about that. Beans are always perfect (Hometown Blend an amazing valie at $15), and the in house drinks are always made with precision and care.

Really cool little shop. Similar to Corvus in that the place is a single large room where you can watch them roasting while you sip. Some of the best coffee in Denver, in league with Crema, Huckleberry, and Corvus.

Good coffee with a super fun vibe. Dont be deceived by the run-down facade outside! They roast their beans in-house, so its fun to have that going in the background. Limited seating, but definitely worth a try.

One visit here and you can already tell the guys at Sweet Bloom take coffee very seriously. Bit less tradition as they serve out of their warehouse but if you are after awesome coffee, you found the place.

Very good beans, and they roast regularly which means you usually have the option to get a freshly roasted bag. They have a nice space and serve great espresso and pour over drinks.

Couldnt recommend this shop anymore. Too bad its pretty far outside of town. They supply coffee all over the nation and are recognized as one of the best coffee roasters. Love it.

By far the best coffee in Denver. These guys know their stuff, those cappuccinos and iced coffees are the best Ive ever tasted. Friendly, helpful people is a plus, too

Best pour over in town, hands down. Its sad that this place is a little off away from things, but they know exactly how their coffee should be brewed. Never a bad cup.

Great group of people and amazing coffee. The roaster and brewers took their time to hang out and talk about the coffee and their brewing techniques when I asked.

Arguably the best coffee in Denver. Definitely the best place to buy beans. They supply lots of other shops in Denver so you know that they are high quality.

Do not go here if you want an iced americano!!! They dont have ice, the place is very difficult to find and a lot of work for someone to not get what they want
