My family and I have been coming to this location since it used to be a Ralphs market now that it is Vallarta market I take my trips down there just so that I can get all of my ingredients for all of the traditional dishes That I was taught To make as a young lady. Although its pretty pricey it was worth my trip. The market itself is very clean very organized and the staff is very friendly, the restaurant side of the market not too friendly very stingy with the food and even though you bring it up to the manager the situation continues. I went in to order a dish its the pork ribs and red sauce I always order that dish its one of my favorites never had an issue with it till today today the person handling the food decides that shes only going to put two small pieces no bigger than half an inch each of ribs in the combination as I see her pack my food I discreetly come up to her and ask is that all youre going to put in the food combination she has the nerve to say yes so I got upset I took the combination went up to the manager and open it up and showed him I said is this the combination that you are offering to your customers which is two little riblets in here that is not a complete meal and I refuse to pay eight dollars for just two pieces of ribs The manager looked at me like if I was some kind of a fat ass or something but no Im sorry but if I have a restaurant or a kitchen Im going to make sure that my dishes look appetizing and presentable that was not appetizing nor was it presentable so I am very dissatisfied today

Super lentos para despachar, trabajan sin ganas, un trabajador haciendo todo a la vez, de todos los que veo detrás del mostrador no se hace ni uno, sólo vengo aqui por emergencia y siempre es lo mismo, media hora para que me den un pollo rostizado y caldo por favor , gerente haga algo, si quiere mantener este super mercado con buenas criticas tiene que hacer su trabajo y ser líder no sólo pararse frente a las cajas registradoras.

Hacen 3 semanas mi novia y yo fuimos a comprar chicharrones a este market como a las 4 horas de haberlo comido termine vomitando y con mucha diarrea en emergencia , descubrieron que tenia un virus por los chicharrones , la suerte que pagamos con la ATM para mantenerlo en el record , estamos en proceso de demanda muy pronto , estas personas me vendieron carne de chicharron en mal estado! y casi me cuesta la vida! aun sigo enfermo.

I am extremely upset about the tortillas sold at this Vallarta market have preservatives and coloring to make them stay longer on the shelves!!! No one could give me a response about it. I requested to speak to the manager, and instead I got a 20 year old girl representing the top manager. So, all we are eating is more and more chemicals besides the GMO at the corn fields. No compre las tortillas en Vallarta. Tienen conservadores y colorantes para que duren muchisimo tiempo. Malo para la salud.

I stopped by this morning, for a second time, service sucks, the girls in the food section are rude and lazy, all I wanted was a bowl with yogurt, cantaloupe and granola, the girl tells me we dont have fruit cut up, like its that hard to cut up a damn cantaloupe 3 young ladies just looking at each other like dumb and dumber never offer to cut it up, so Ill never stop by again I thought my first time was just a wrong time to go, but a second time, nooooo never will go again..

I was 1hour and 45 min in this guy with glasses Enrique Gonzalez came and cut the line and make another lined just because was a white gut in suit with a tie I was already an hour and lined the guy was shopping me and others customer reported but didnt do nothing about it, I saw the guy shaking hands with other employees and I went in front of them and asked him excuse sir was your name and last name he said Enrique Gonzalez is not fair I felt discriminated

Need more personnel at the section of prepare food.. It takes a long time to order & get food.(lost a sale due to long line) Needs to be like northgate . The set up of paying first then getting your food is not efficient. (Because you have to get back in line & pay to add one more item you did not see but it looks delicious ) Store is super clean. register lines are short & fast. fruit and vegetables are excellent quality. Clean atmosphere..

For starters, I asked for no beans. Well, the cashier was nice and put that on the receipt. Guess what was in my plate? Then when I got my food I looked for a fork and there were none to be found, all they had were knifes & spoons. So I asked the guy who gave me my food for one and he told me, "Use your hands bro". If that wasnt the worst, he was coughing everywhere, literally!  EIther he was sick or needs to be drug tested.

There is a reason why line at the cocina is long, its good! Ive had their veggie/fruit juices and they delish! Ive never had a problem with the meat there. Most Mexican supermarkets tend to have foods that expire quicker and I believe thats why they sell for cheaper. If you plan on storing your food for a while, then buy elsewhere. If you plan on feeding your family of 6 today, then buy here.

I entered and the bread was expensive and the food is cold and was very $$$$ and the produce had flies and smelled awful I wish I never went in also the store had bad service went I went to the meat part of the store the people that work there see you and leave after like 20 minutes and no one would help me then finally came to help me then I got home and open the bag of meat and was expired

Well i was pretty excited to check this place out but was surely disappointed, in the meat we saw there it was already spoiled then the sour cream my aunt bought was spoiled as well then in a pan dulce (sweet bread) baked right into their "fresh" bread was a hair. I guess we wont be going bak after tht experience for a mexican market Ill stick with el super

This place is expensive its only good for emergencies like when you run out of milk I really wish Ralphs was still here. Last time I come here. Also the staff is lazy I was bagging my own stuff and the cashier couldnt bring her self to pushing the goods closer to me also she was a fat ass so kinda of expected. Wish it was a north gate instead

This place should be closed by the health department, just like the Ralphs that used to be here. The restaurant side is aways filthy with trash filled to the top and falling out of bins next to the food they have set for sale right next to the trash bins. Cross contamination all around. I even took a photo to show to the manager
