ordered flowers for my wife, I was a little bit uncomfortable because I know I have done tings like this in the past and no matter what I somehow had a very bad experience. But out of the blue I called west Hollywood florist and a gentleman by the name of dan answered, he was talking about how awesome the flowers would look and how big and tall they would be, again I was on a budget so I couldnt spend more the 150 dollars, not only did he promise me a fantastic bouquet but at the time it was delivered it was just like he said, between 6 and 7 and it was done at 630 exactly because my wife was on the phone with me at 645...also would I like to mention is that I had not one clue about what to write in the card message, but ill tell you this I trusted Dan with just making something up short and sweet and he went a hole extra 10 miles because rather just being short and sweet he made it sweeter then sugar sweet and length at this point hadnt even mattered...anyways just wanted to let everybody know, as long as you talk to Dan at west Hollywood florist he will make sure everything is better then its supposed to be...thanks again DAN and WEST HOLLYWOOD FLORIST.

I so happy with the flowers I got it just happened to be my friend Ramie recommended this place West Hollywood Florist. I got the flowers for house worming party I ordered the flowers 4 days in advance . I wanted something unique and wanted specific flowers and colors so when I came in to see their flower selection it was ok .The women who was helping me was very sweet and kind. I only had $60. to spend so the flowers came on time i loved the colors and flowers where fresh . Im very happy with their service and the flowers i got i would disregard the crazy negative reviews and still try them Im very happy. Thank you West Hollywood Florist.

I just have to say I was very impressed with the arrangement that was sent to my fiancé. So beautiful! Customer service was exceptional as they went above and beyond to make sure the delivery happened and that I was happy with everything, even on their busiest day of the year, Valentines Day. Cannot recommend a better local florist as they really care about their clients satisfaction and provide beautiful arrangements at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again and recommend to all my friends and family.

Let me start with I am not that familiar with flowers. I spoke to a Dan and not only was I unsure, I was conserned about purchasing an arrangment blindly. He spoke to me confedence and a garrentee that my fiance would be astounded. Do to the circumstances and the time of the day, Both being pressed for time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My fiance was astounded and so was I. A gorgous arrangment delivered on time. I highly reccomend this business and will deffenetly return for all my flower needs in the future.

West Hollywood Florist is the best place I ever got flowers from. There customer service is excellent. I spoke with Dan and he took my order. Ana was the designer she did an incredible job on designing the bowl that I had order. The flowers they use where incredible, They lasted over a week before they finally died and I didnt even change the water or anything. Best experience Ive ever had with a florist. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered chocolate a bear and flowers was so easy and fast. This is the best florist after them that I have been lucky to find. The arrangements are amazing. When you call them & tell them about the person, what colors they like, what the decor might be in their home its like they know them & send the very best they have. You will not be disappointed with their arrangements & customer service. A great find!

Very professional and pleasant to deal with. I spoke with Michael who was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Ive never been into the store as I dont live in LA, but the recipient of the flowers always comments on how beautiful they are. Also, very fairly priced. These guys are the only flower store Ill ever use again in LA. Thanks Michael!

i had planned a beautiful dinner with my fiance and was trying to order flowers ahead of time so i placed my order 2 weeks ahead and the women sent my order out after a week to the restaurant without calling me before delivery. i was beyond disappointed to get charged when i specificllay said 2 weeks....beautiful flowers bad service

This is a wonderful place to buy flowers and gifts! The people there are sweet and knowledgeable about what they sell. Their service is terrific and they are so courteous.They even gave me a ride to my house because I didnt have my car that day....I cannot recommend them enough. Their prices are very reasonable, as well....
