Ordered a flower arrangement for Valentines Day, on Valentines Day and they were one of the few who would actually able to deliver same-day. Unfortunately, I was trying to place an order for Manhattan, NY and not CA. After placing the order, I received a phone call letting me know that they were in CA, and not in NY, and offered to cancel the order for me. They took care of cancelling the order even when the error was my own. Any business that places the customer first and proactively solves problems is great in my book. The site had a great selection, and the customer service was on point. Definitely worth a look if you need to send flowers in So Cal.

Patricia is arrogant and likes to make promises that she intends not to keep and the flowers she sent me were dead the next day i ordered flowers for 134.99 thursday and friday they were dead she promised she would replace them guess what she did but send a small 20 arrangement these flowers were for a dr. office so u can imagine how embarassed i was so the charge is in dispute with visa merchant and she will get paid zero and get a couple of true reviews im sure the positive reviews she has she wrote herself

She placed an order for the flower I wanted and assured me that it would be available on the day I requested. The arrangement was beautiful, elegant, stylish. This is the best place I use to send flowers to family & friends; their products is as of high quality. fresh, beautiful and smells so good. The good thing is ... everything was extremely reasonable in price. Im happy that my family and friends love it! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Take it from a males perspective, this place is great! Patricia was super helpful. Special ordered a plant (present for the GF) and hand made a lei (birthday present for my GFs mom). Smooth right! Amazing service and really nice.
