Overall poorly designed shopping area. Cant really call it a mall. Several big-name stores are too close to each other, so parking is always terrible in that area. The turning angles in the parking isles are too sharp. The parking in front of Ralphs is a trap: if you get in, you will never get out. The buildings are all bunched together. There are no shortcuts that go through from one side to the other, so youre better off driving all the way around to get to your destination. All I see is piss-poor planning and lack of sustainability. The size of the property has a lot of potential to be an awesome shopping mall that would contribute to the community and not to its traffic.

Pros: Reasonably maintained open stretch mall with major daily shopping retailers (Walmart, Target, Ralphs), a few decent causal restaurants on premises (Stone Fire Grill, Chillies), The Home Depot, 24 Hr Fitness and Chuck E Cheese on the north/west end. Cons: Not a traditional mall (in the sense of shopping pass time) rather a shopping destination for your day-to-day needs, declining (Sports Chalet 2016, Kohls 2017 are out) occupancy, Parking is a challenge on the east side (Walmart). Bottom line: unless you plan on groceries restocking , there isnt much to do here.

This center has gone through many changes in the past 30 years and I cant say its for the better ... It was once a closed in mall with a entrance thorough Target ... now it is all outside but the layout is not great and say you wanted to go to Michaels and Target you would have to re-park to do both unless you like to walk ... recently with the loss of DSW, Kohls and Sports Chalet (and with a lower class clientele that go to Walmart) its more of a place to only go if you have to ...

I havent been inside the mall for forever and a day, but I have been to a few of the big name places on the front....i.e.: Firehouse Grill, Walmart, Trader Joes, Home Depot, and the AMC movie theater. Its kept nicely enough. It is a typical mall with the shops and stores that one would expect. Dont come out of your way to go here, save that trip for the Topanga Mall.

This old gal, she aint what she used to be. And what she used to be was Grand. It used to be that you would go here for the deals. Back when they still had a food court and indoor shopping area. Now shes a shell of her former self with all the stores being out doors but with none of the ambiance of the Village on Topanga.

Large shopping center fronting three streets with a variety of stores, dining grocery stores and a luxury theatre. It started out in the sixties or seventies as an indoor mall, and since then has had several renovations. Somewhat disjointed. No easy way to visit all the stores from one entrance.

They have many stores to get your shopping list done in one stop: Ralphs, Walmart, Ross, Burlington, Home Depot, Sprouts, Trader Joes, Target. There is a move theater, frozen yogurt place and all kinds of restaurants including Baja Fresh and Panda Express. There is a recycling center, too.

Pretty convenient if live around the are Lot of people complain about the parking Thats because they want to park right in front of the stores Tip: park in the back area . there is a huge parking spot and not enough cars, you may have to walk a little but trust me saves a lot of time

All though the parking lot is rather large with many spots, navigating it is a challenge with unaware pedestrians and drivers. The center offers a variety of different shops/restaurants that should be able to deliver a little something for e everyone

Shopped at Old Navy. The clothe selection for some men types is fair, but could use more. The prices are competitive. Cashiers and workers are very nice. And, you are greeted when you enter the door. Easy return policy - no hassle.

This place had everything you need in one gigantic complex. From Home Depot to Target, Ralphs, 24 hr fitness, Dentist, Nail and they list goes on........ I love this place. I go to shop there ate least 2-3 times a week

Good shopping center. Its got all the big box stores you could need plus a few restaurants and a Starbucks. Parking is pretty horrendous in some spots (by Walmart) and the lots layout doesnt help the congestion.

Dont like their parking situation for the cinema. Its an outdoor mall, so if weather not to your liking you must walk anyways around parking lot to get to the stores. Good selection of stores.

This mall has a Trader Joes and Sprouts, and is anchored by a Walmart at one end. In between are various other stores and a 24 Hours Fitness gym. Restaurants include a Olive Garden and a Chilis.

Not to crowded. yay! We visited Walmart and Ross. The place was clean but there were a few folks outside asking for money which seems a bit off because we thought it was in a nice part of town.

Fallbrook mall has the important main stores in the area but there are some closed businesses that need to be rented and developed but its taking a while. So those areas look quite a bit sad.

Love coming to this shopping mall! It has several stores/restaurants to choose from, but during the summer it does get over 100 degrees so be sure to dress accordingly.

This mall has many stores I frequent. Trader Joes, Sprouts, Walmart, and Menchies frozen yogurt just to name a few. There are many more great stores as well
