I like this mall; but the only issue I had at this mall was when I went into the Apple store, the reps were RUDE to say the least. I askd for help on understanding my new iPhone since iAds an appointmt and all, I explained to the representative that I was blind (after I was being told to constantly look at my screen which I could not see very well nor my touchscreen aswell) the representative didnt know how to assist nor come to think of it did two thirds ofthe store... I was told by the manager btw "why would I be shopping by myself?? Arent people like u often shopping with someone?? And dont people like you normally have like a seeing eye dog or something???" This upset me; but I didnt show it, I just before walking out both disgustd and offended simply said blind people dont necessarily need to the shop with anyone in other words we dont necessarily need babysitters after all many people with other disabilities can function just as healthy and just as well without personal assistance I just asked for an appointment because I need assistance with my new iPhone but you know what Im just going to go to the one at Glendale Galleria theres two stores and Id much rather go to the start the American where there is a staff member who happens to be totally blind at least I know they will be able to help me I just figured I would come to the store because it was local to me I thought I would give it a chance I guess I was wrong and furthermore whenever you come into work how is it you dont have anyone accommodating you because youre clearly just as ignorant as a retard I mean any stupider you would need a helmet furthermore the stereotype that you have a blind people is completely uncalled for not all blind people have to have a dog to guide them wherever theyre going most blind people can get by with just using a Waikane not a stick as you have referred to it as it is a cane. When I said this not yelling of course I have said this firmly to wear many other employees and customers turned around and awe and many employees were literally running over each other to try to help me after I express that I sent an appointment based on the fact that I needed assistance with my new phone all in all I said I will not be approaching the store again ever again!!!!

The mall is very useful, has a lot of nice staff in the different stores, and has great places to eat, whether its a quick bite or not. I go here often. This place is kid-friendly and has playgrounds and stores for them, as well as a few baby stores. There are outlets for people to just sit and work on their devices with a casual coffee. What can attract people concerning clothing and other stores are: Hallmark, CPK, Gamestop, the Disney store, Starbucks, Forever 21, Macys, JCPenney, Sears, Pandora, Abercrombie and Fitch, H&M, Old Navy, and many more (see directory). The mall overall with its stores is affordable, if you want to keep your items within 20-30 dollars (or less) each. There are several Jewellers and crafts shops, both inexpensive and expensive. There is a movie theater nearby, as well as well-known fast food chains, markets, banks, a pharmacy, and a shoe store (DSW). The area the mall is located in is very good, and you can get whatever you need in the mall and nearby.

I am very disappointed with this place the post on Facebook were for the Northridge Fashion Center location I went there I spent $23 for regular scoops of ice cream they had no specialty cones I just came off of a Mexican trip and I didnt even go home I went straight to this place because its my baby boys birthday and I wanted to buy him some ice cream with the presentation of the specialty cones and they had no specialty cones the only cones they had were cones of different colors which were not amazing once again I spent $23 and I am very disappointed because I did not get the presentation that they showed on the pictures for this location and one of the workers told me that the specialty cones are actually at other locations however the posting was for this particular location so I will not be back Im very disappointed

A smaller mall when compared to the one in Fallbrook, Topanga, the Grove, and the Americana. Youll have a good selection of food in the food court. And generic but defined atmosphere. And the largest Macys department specifically for women (three floors) with a separated mens department of one floor. Furthermore, you will have a fine selection for a night out when you hang out with your friends. An example being the Pacific northridge movie theatre, Buffalo wild wings, red robin, yard house, H2O sushi bar, and another bat I cant remember the name. Overall a great mall for the social butterflies, but not as luxurious and its counter parts in other parts of the valley.

Most employees are polite and friendly and it is the same in all the stores I have visited It is usually clean but too many young children are misbehaving while the parents are entertained on either their phone or just looking at items, I believe parents need to be vigilant of their young ones or leave then at home because the children are usually getting on someones way or causing trouble for other customers or stores themselves. Overall it is still a very nice shopping mall and it is perfectly situated.

We go here for the food court mostly which was recently renovated and the food selection is decent. Its strange though, that most of the food stalls are clearly knockoffs of national chains youd find in most malls like Sbarro, Panda Express, etc. The mall itself is kind of disappointing because its mostly all clothing stores. Thats why its called a Fashion Center. The retail offerings speak little to my taste, and I cant remember the last time I actually purchased anything here.

I like people watching here more than any other place. Everyone also seems very family-oriented or linked up with their friends and families. People seem to enjoy each other in their groups. I like the variety of stores here. The eateries are almost above average. The parking escalates my anxiety. I love the Northridge area this mall is located in. I would move around here if I could. There are a lot of popular restaurants and retail stores. Big, clean streets.

Excited few minutes. Security is ready for anything. An elder fellow fell out of his seat and two mall goers stop to help him up. Security watched on made sure he was fine. Then minutes later shouting was heard and back up was called quickly. Just someone upset on their phone but all was well. Otherwise spent a great time looking around. All the store are clean, organized, and have so much stuff to offer. Restrooms are clean and peaceful. Go here.

This is my all-time favorite mall. Ive never had a bad experience in this mall. Especially now that they have remodeled, its a great place to hang out. Been coming here since I was a child and never got bored of coming here. Now I love taking my little sister to Disney Store. :) Its a safe place for teens. But I was disappointed when they took off the play place for kids in front of Macys cause my little sister loved playing there. :(
