Bought my dress here last fall and had a great experience with the girls who helped me. Now that I am trying to schedule for my first fittings, it is a whole other story. When I called to make an appointment, they were very rude over the phone. I thought maybe the girl who answered was having a bad day, so I shrugged it off. When I came in for the appointment a week later, the dress I bought was nowhere to be found. It turned out the seamstress was not told I would be coming in, and did not bring my dress from storage. No one but the seamstress apologized, and it was not even her fault. It was a simple mistake, but I feel that the consultants were very unprofessional, and did not seem to care that they had inconvenienced my family and me. A return call the day after to confirm the rescheduled appointment was also poorly handled and I felt as though they were just trying to get me off the phone. In the last few weeks every experience with this location has been a negative one. The consultants have terrible customer service skills, and really bad attitudes. I hope that this improves on my next visit. If not I will go to a different location for my accessories and bridesmaids dresses.

Let me start off by saying Daphne and Jill are amazing! Im typically not a fan of shopping and this was my first attempt at trying on wedding dresses. When I first called in, they were very helpful over the phone, scheduling an appointment and letting me know how long it would take an idea of what to expect. Day of: Daphne met with me and my mom, grandma, and MoH, asking all the right questions and making everyone feel included. Most importantly she helped me stay calm and not feel overwhelmed. She went at my pace and really listened to what I wanted. Based on my feedback and familys input she selected a few "wild card" dresses as well, one that ended up being The Dress. They jacked me up with a veil, flowers, and bejeweled belt and let me soak it all in. We went over the 2 hour appointment, but I couldnt even tell, Daphne never made me feel rushed or like we ran out of time. The dressing rooms are clean and the dresses are really affordable. Ill be coming back to find dresses for the wedding party!

What an experience!!!!! Lisa is an amazing expert! with one picture that my sister showed her she came back with 15 dresses to try on that were very similar to what my sister had shown her. She is professional,patient and extremely focused on making my sister feel special! We had gone to another appt with DB and felt rushed and no attention at all. We wasted a whole lot of gas to go to LA and 2 hrs with very little attention to the bride.Here at AA although our appt ran a little longer than expected we NEVER felt rushed and when we were handed over to Kim who also is absolutely amazing we didnt even feel the change in customer service. What great teamwork and what a beautiful experience for my baby sister!!! Thank you Lisa and Kim we loved our day together and our 6hr appt. thank you for making my sister feel soooo special!! This ia an awesome place and if you pick Lisa/Kim you will definitely say "yes" to your dress! !!!!!!!!!

A few weeks ago, I said yes to the dress at Alfred Angelo! CARMEN is so amazing, I cant thank her enough for her honesty, patience, encouragement (but not pressure), and her kindness. Im not a person who enjoys shopping for dresses, even my wedding dress, and Carmen made me feel so comfortable, and made the process an enjoyable one. After my first appointment at Alfred Angelo, I was pretty sure I had found the dress, but I had a few other appointments scheduled, and wanted to try on more dresses before making this huge decision. None of the other stores I visited could compare, in selection of dresses, nor customer service. I went back two days later and was completely confident in my decision that Id found the dress. I look forward to starting my alterations here in January, I know that Carmen and the Alfred Angelo ladies will make sure my dress looks and fits exactly the way I want!

This was my first time ever going into a bridal shop. I went into this store as a very nervous bride, I had never tried on a wedding dress before, so I didnt know what to expect or how to feel about everything. As time went on and I tried on dresses, I became more relaxed. I found a dress that looked flattering on me and I genuinely like the dress. Toward the end of the appointment, I felt pressured by the stylist to put a deposit on a dress that I liked, but I wasnt sure I loved it. Because this was my first time and I hadnt visited other bridal shops, I went home feeling like I made the biggest mistake. Although the stylist was helpful with helping me find the style I liked, it just wasnt a good experience for me. It kind of put a damper on the experience for me. So if this is your first time looking at dresses, please dont shop here first. Look at other places first.

I was hesitant to go into Alfred Angelo today because I was already frustrated and feeling defeated with the search of my wedding gown since I want something different. As I walked in with my mom and 2 nieces, Lisa greeted us with a great smile. She could see the frustration in me as I explained to her what I was looking for. She waited until I was done talking (venting) and said "I know exactly what youre looking for." She quickly picked out the most beautiful gown Ive seen. After she got me into it, my mom and nieces were surprised. The 2yr old said I looked beautiful. When I got to the mirror, I was so excited, I started to cry tears of joy. I was beginning to think what I wanted wasnt possible and Lisa showed me that it was. Im so greatful that Lisa was there to help me. Alfred Angelo really does employ the best. I cant thank you enough Lisa.

I went in two weeks ago to look for my bridesmaid dresses, I was lucky that Josie was our consultant and let me tell you she was amazing! She was full of energy and was great listening to my bridesmaids concerns. None of them thought they were going to find their dresses but they did, she asked me if I had found my bridal gown and to be honest I was scared to begin looking for mine thats why I started with the bridesmaids first haha she assured me that she would help me when I came to look for my dress and we went ahead and scheduled my appointment for the following week! I was clueless when I walked in the store on Saturday as to what I wanted but she called me the night before to confirm the appointment and let me know that she had a dream of me in a specific dress.... Well I ended up saying yes to THAT dress!!! Josie was truly amazing!

Last week i came into this store & it was my 1st time trying on wedding dresses for my big day. I did not expect to walk out with a dress & i REALLY didnt expect to find my dream dress that i have only ever pictured in my head. Lisa did the impossible & made this a reality for me :). Everyone who knows me was surprised i found my dress so quickly because i am definitely a perfectionist & theyd probably say even a bridezilla lol. Lisa took her time with me & put me in all the dresses she thought i would like. She understood my likes & dislikes perfectly & ultimately put me in a dress that was ALMOST it... She then took extra steps with the help of Jillian & with a few customizations it was the one!!! Thank you Lisa!!! I will definitely be returning for my bridesmaids dresses :)
