The worst ever, if I never have to go back that would be fine, I went on Sunday evening and I was about to order as three different employees jump in front of me to get served they just ignore that I am a paying customer I left there so angry, so I try again on Monday and again we are waiting in the beverage line, ignored again by your emoyees, so Im thinking just ignore us you must not need customers just employees again over looked not once but twice, giving you all a second chance what is wrong with you people do you not need your customers? Not to mention nobody even speaks English in that store, I fought that you even care about paying customers as long as you have all these ignorant people working for you, that is what you call people who are so Im educated they think nothing of screaming through the store or take notice to how they get payed ( through customers) it is sad that you people cant train better, nor care enough to have English speaking employees, so disappointed!!!! Like I said if at all possible I will not be returning, educate your employees and let them know that customers are who pays their salaries! So disgusted by my two visits I will do all I can to not return. Oh by the way I wonder what the government would say if they found out you were allowing people to pay for hot food on good stamps, that is against the law and Vallarte would find themselves in big trouble if they were caught! Secret shoppers go in there all the time! Again totally disappointed in both visits

My husband ordered tacos; they give them to him without the garnishings because they have them in a kiosk by the tables. I did not dear to eat them because: 1. They dont regulate the temperate where they have them. They are not cool so they easy get hot and everything starts to spoil, all the garnishings like cilantro, cebolla, limes wedges, salsas and radish were all ready looking bad and one radish slices had mold on it. Im not doing this review just because I didnt like the tacos but because is a health hazard to consumers! What are you thinking Vallarta Supermarket? The bread and pastry section was missing a door to keep the flies away. Flies were all over the bread that were exposed. Another healthy hazar was the bathrooms. My 2 year old refuse to use them because of how dirty and bad they were. I understand that during busy business days they might not have enough employees to keep up with the store but this was on a Wednesday. About the rest of the store I dont know I didnt make it that far.

I dont even know were to start... I bought chicken this morning, and try to cook it around 5pm and when I took out the chicken from the fridge it smelled horrible.. Its not the first time.. I didnt call before because I thought it was to embarras, but I called, got hang up the first time and the 2 other times I was on hold for over 5 minutes.. Decided to drive to the store, and the girl (dont know if she is a supervisor) but they are so rude, they treat you like what evers... NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT STORE. JUST BECAUSE I HAVE TO RATE WITH SOMETHING OTHERWISE THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A STAR

El sabado 8 de octubre compramos tortillas pupusas y masa y cuando llegamos a casa nos dimos cuenta que todo estaba acedo no pudimos regresar a la tienda por que vivimos a 62 millas de alli pero no entiendo como venden las cosas cuando no sirven

I went just to get bolillo and there was none at 5pm ...really ..then I asked when it would be ready...40mins . Seriously whos overlooking this.. the gelatina is gross. This store is the worst Ive ever been too . The check out lines are ridiculous. Just because a store is in the north side it doesnt have to be ran ghetto

Bought a frozen lasagna, cashier didnt put in my shopping cart I didnt notice till I got home, called the store and basically was called a liar, like I got nothing better to do than to scam a store out of a 12 dollar entrée, I am no longer a customer.

Cashiers were very friendly but the men where you buy prepared food.... ie.... chili Rojo w/rice & beans & chili rellano ignored me. You lost a couple of dinner sales because I got tired of waiting :-(
