Bullshit Discounts!!!!!! They have a nice assortment of smoking essentials and a wide variety of glass. Mostly overpriced but to be expected when dealing with name brands. That wasnt an issue, my problem was with the bullshit "discounts" that they have going on for the holiday season. When you offer a 20% off an item, take 20% off that item!!!!! I purchased a bong that was priced $225 with a 20% discount, which was great, I added on a few items and I paid for it with out making a mental count of how much i actually had to pay. When i reviewed my receipt I saw that i was charged $195 instead of $180 like i should have!! The girl that was helping me out was one of the sweetest people and very helpful the whole time i was there, she called the owner of the shop and he came up with one of the biggest loads of bullshit Ive heard all day, he said being that its a name brand glass the creators "charge their cut" I was baffled, in all my years of buying glass ive never heard of such thing. its not a money thing, its the principal of the fact that when you offer a certain deal you give the person that advertised deal and not throw in hidden bullshit charges. I hope to god the owner sees this review and responds because i am interested in what this shift owner has to say.

Good prices but the quality of some of the glass is going down hill . I broke my oil rig with a shower perc that I bought from here about four months ago and went back to buy the same exact one. I stupidly just let him pick out one of the rigs assuming it would be as high quality as before. I got home and found out it was anything but. The slits are all big now and not the same size, like in my last piece, and one of the slits was closed! There are some glass bubbles and small scratches throughout the piece. I went back and got some very good customer service.The guy let me exchange for another one since one of the slits was closed, but all the other ones were still pretty bad. All the slits were open but, like I said before, they are much bigger, not in unison, and the piece has glass bubbles and scratches. It seems as the demand for their glass goes higher and higher, the quality is going lower and lower. All and all a good place to buy from just make sure you examine your piece thoroughly to make sure it is up to your standards before buying.

Went in to buy a piece knowing a little about glass and brands . As soon as I walked in I was helped by a very friendly young lady and as soon as she spoke she showed me she was very knowledgeable about the smoking culture . They have many beautiful pieces and also have the very basic for new timers . It was very well organized making it very easy to see what you need and walk right out . Prices are very reasonable compared to those shady hole in the wall smoke shops . If you compare them to online prices they are about the samesometikes cheaper and you dont have to wait for shipping I strongly encourage to put this on your list to stop by if your shopping around for any smoking utensils and the staff is very welcoming .

This is my one of my favorite shops. I have been coming here since they opened. I love this place. If you ever need anything, this is the place. I love the selection they always have. They had good prices. They carry items other shops dont. (Like actual quartz bangers and dab mats) The people that work there have amazing knowledge. They know everything they are selling. Dont go to the one in chino go here. One in chino never has much stock and when ever I ask them something I have more knowledge than them. Its worth the 25 mile drive

My friends and I were looking for a new dab rig and bowl after I ALLEGEDLY broke them(no recollection). Anyway we were assisted by Dee and she was very helpful with finding us two quality pieces at low prices(because they got that dab rig for free anyway). I would highly recommend this store

Pipe king has a huge selection of glass for really good prices. The glass is not cheap at all & very beautiful. Customer service is excellent & the employees are really chill. I honestly wont be going anywhere else cause the pipe king has it all and its easy on my wallet.

Do not buy E-juice from this place! its the nastiest juice Ive ever had. customer service sucks!! i purchased some E-juice i was trying to vape it but just wasnt able to it was only 6mg and it was unbearable, HORRIBLE PLACE. would never recommend it

Bad customer service i bought an evic but the employee was just so stubborn to sell me one of his mechanical mod it was annoying and when i bought the evic he made buy some othe charger i didnt even need!! Worst smoke shop ever
