Great shop with great hours. Even open a little later on weekends. Sure do love this place and its prices. Great staff as well. I docked 2 stars because this place is where i go for all my Hookah tobacco needs and its not what it used to be in that section. They used to have a different setup where you would be able to pull shisha from the shelves and smell them to see which one you like as well as pick up any accessories like bowl gromets or hoses as well as charcoal. The set up now is behind a long glass display and everytime you want to smell a can of shisha you have to ask them to get it for you. Its kind of annoying having to ask them to take down a can and having to point at it over and over until they are pointing at the same one youre looking at. I dont go there for shisha anymore. Kind of a bummer actually because i did enjoy the freedom that place gave you. Think of it this way. Going into a room full of candy but its all behind a bar and you have to point at each and every single candy you want to try. Kind of annoying when you have little time and there is customers behind you EDIT: I returned to this shop as usual and I still enjoy it. I wasnt aware that the law required keeping all products behind a counter. I didnt know this because like i said I usually just go for the hookah stuff. Anyways, staff is awesome and this place is 5*.

I went in to purchase some Kratom. I expected it to be more pricey due to it being capsuled. I didnt check it until I was ready to take it at the beach and noticed there were only THREE capsules and so I thought, "Thats odd, they must be very potent then, especially since I paid nearly 20 dollars for it." However, I have never been so underwhelmed by the fact it didnt help my pain (I did get the strain that normally helps my back pain), or even give me regular smoke shop Kratom effects. I understand that smokeshops will give you less than an actual merchant. I was on vacation and didnt have access to a merchant and was needing some. If you want kratom from this smokeshop, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!

Very pleased to say the least when I discovered this shop, its not like most OC smoke shops with the same stuff just different store, the owner himself is there every single time I have gone. This place has the best hours. 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.!! The variety of cigars and tobacco is awesome. Hands down this is the nicest variety of smoking accessories and products, that I have come accross yet in OC. Best customer service that goes above and beyond most peoples expections. Great prices and lots of stock,,, I love it.

very not friendly! felt rushed, older gentleman with glasses wouldnt acknowledge my questions and kept his attention on other shoppers in store. I was looking to spend $300+ on a new rig but because of his inadequacy walked away with the cheapest one to tide me over. I asked if he was the owner because Ive dealt with the owner a couple years before who was really nice. he was not. just an overall blunt rude and not helpful experience, not pleased at all.

Marc or Mark the person who assisted me made sure I walked out not only with the right product but also made sure it was a proper match. Hands down this store has the best customer service experience and I didnt feel at all like a stranger, was greeted at the door and even had a conversation about how my day was going. Such a great experience!!

Hands down the best Smoke Shop in OC! The shop is extremely clean and well maintained! The owners are very hospitable and try to assist you in any way possible! Plus they have a HUGE selection; even hello kitty and sports themed glassware for smoking :)
