I hve been coming to this place for a long time.!! But this time there was this sales rep on march 1,2014. He was not helpful at all, i asked him for a piece of hardware after failing to find it on the shelf . He said he cant look it up on computer because its in front of me in the utmost un helping and inflexible way. Totally illogical.!! Anyways i searched again but cud not find it. And i walked out. I also wanted a brake cleaner but i guess ill get it from other place. Autozone had always been my choice it started with a great and a very helpful sales rep and now this person polar opposites. The other sales rep have always been helpful.

Ive gone into this AutoZone 3 times in the last few months to purchase items for 2 different cars. New battery, fuses, and a new headlight lamp. EVERY TIME I go in and purchase something (which they have told me will work for either vehicle) its the wrong part. I was able to return the battery, but Ive now eaten the cost of the fuses and the lamps (2 pack). Pep Boys solved my fuse problem, and I am going back to them now to fix my lamp problem. This AutoZone is the closest auto parts store to my house, which is why I had been going there. I would not recommend this location.

Barely got here as my van was over heating. Realized it was a burst tube from the engine to the radiator. The manager at the time took his time at looking at my car and helping me diagnose the issue. Then he realized he didnt have the part in stock, and sent some one to pick it up for me from the sister store down the street and let me borrow tools. Overall, great customer service. Friendly and they know what they are doing.

Went in here for a battery. Part are substantially more expense than a year or two ago. The service is good though. Rodrigo (I think he is the manager) is great and very knowledgeable. He helped me out and did so in a professional manner. Will be coming back.

I visited this AutoZone to pick up some new brakes. The store was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The store was a typically smallish AutoZone store and the parking lot was busy and small.

Didnt get the employee name but she was very helpful replacing my car battery, she was cute with some green/hazel eyes but thats besides the point lol
