My doctor called in a prescription to CVS after I had to call the office and tell them they still do not have it. So he finally calls in to take 2 pills for 30 days. Upon pick up the pharm tech said Blue Cross limited the amount and could only give enough for 15 days and no more. She said she will call doctors offices and get it straightened out and not to worry for she will take care of it. On June 1 or 2 I called to see if it had been taken care of. A male pharm clerk, said no but said let me go into the computer and get the additional prescribed meds. He then tells me it is taken care of and the prescription will be ready for pick up on Sat. 6/4/16 and not to worry it has been taken care of. I got into CVS on Monday 6/616 and pharm clerk said after waiting in a long line they do not have it and will have to have to talk to the pharmacist Jim. Get in another line and he is unable to take care of problem and it is 6:30 pm so too late to call the doctor. His only solution was to pay full price at $120 instead of $20. He is off 6/7/16 so told Thor, another pharm clerk to call doctors office and see what can be done. He said he will be in at 11 am on 6/7 and will call doctors office and try to get matter resolved.

I called and spoke to Angela. The whole time I could tell she was doing some thing else as she was counting and I could hear pills and bottles. making noise. There was no customer CARE to be found here. It was as if I a bother or nuisance to her. I wanted to know if a Rx coupon would work for an expensive medication. She would not take this info over the phone forcing me to drive there not knowing if I had the right thing. They have some good pharmacists and helpful staff but I will tell you if you are unfortunate to get Angela - stop and try again and there will be no service as long as you are engaged with her!

Arrived at this Pharmacy at 10:30. Pharmacy closes at 11. I needed a prescription filled for a lotion. The pharmacist Michael refused to fill the prescription and says he didnt have time. There are no pills to count. All he had to was scan the prescription, verify it and put it in a bag. Dont worry Michael you may not have time to do your job but I have all the time to make sure that CVS Corporate, your store manager and your district manager hear about your lack of customer service and initiative.

Its frustrating to see people giving them such a hard time. Theyve always been perfectly nice to me, and Ive been going here for over 10 years. People dont understand how stressed out these workers must be; I dont see any of these other people writing reviews jumping at the opportunity to become pharm techs. Cut them some slack you guys, they arent majicians and I dont think anyone can get you your d**n butt cream in 5 minutes, "as promised."
