I went to Rite Aid at 5747 N. Kanad Rd, Agoura Hlls this morning, bought 7 items, got a receipt of 9 items, almost paid about $10 more.The worst experience is that the cashier tried to give you all kind of excuses when you find a problem, instead of to solve the problem. Totally not trustable. Here is the details: I bought 2 halloween masks,1 glow bracelet 40 pieces per pack ($4.99 original price), 2 bags of Chex mix and 2 cetaphil products. On the shelf of glow bracelet, there was a big 50% off tag. When I checked out, the receipt showed the bracelet is $3.74, which is not 50% off. I pointed it out, but the cashier said it was not the same one. So I literality went back, took a picture, checked all the other one and brought another pack back with me to show him that there was only one kind of bracelet. Therefore he called in the supervisor, who said all holloween items should be 50% off. So the supervisor said he would change the price, then he printed out the receipt for me. There on the receipt showed 9 items with 45.83 in total. I only bought 7 items, where comes the 9 items? I told the cashier. He checked and said there was no problem. I felt there must be something wrong. So I pulled out my Note 3, clicked the calculator, clicked in all the item price and sum them up, which turned out only $33.79. That was a big difference from 45.83. I got really irritated. That was totally blackmailing. I called another cashier, told her I wanted everything redo. She got the supervisor again. This time nobody was happy anymore. I showed him what I got from my caculator and the difference between my receipt. He could not figure out and was not very happy. By the time it was already about 20 mins past. I told him that it was very clear that the first cashier scanned the bracelet with $3.74, he himself did not correct it but added one more with $4.99,though he said he had voided this one, but he hadnot anyway, then he added another one with $2.49. That was how they made my receipt. What if I was in a rush and did not have time to check?

Love the new remodeled store. Pharmacy only open at 9am....thats LATE!!! I think the pharmacy should have the same hours as the store. Sometimes people comes back late from work and need to pick up their meds in the morning. Not efficient!

Your basic items and prescriptions needs can be met here. The best thing about this location is they still have the old Thrifty ice cream counter. That will take you back to the 70s.
