My visit today was beyond ridiculous. I waited 20 minutes for assistance in Layaway. I called the store telephone number twice and the second time the supposed Supervisor told me they were short staffed and I would just have to wait. I then asked for name of the General Manager and was told by said supposed Supervisor he did not know the name of the General Manager. I will say the Woman who came to assist me was very apologetic for the delay.

Drove out of my way to shop here and after picking out my items and attempting to check out I was told that they dont accept Wells Fargo bank cards! Wtf!!! So I asked them to hold my items for my while I quickly packed my little ones up and went to pull out cash from the nearest ATM. When I got back someone was already putting my items away. NEVER again will I step foot into this store again.

I order 2 items on the website after 9 days I receive that the item ready for pick up but when I got there it was not ready after waiting for more than 1 hour .. So I am back again after another 2 weeks . And waited for 1 and half hour now but they are still trying to figure out how to process my refund ! The worst store that I have been..I will never going back to this store again

Horrible costumer service. Hostile management. An employee stabbing occured under their management. The rest rooms and fitting rooms are filthy. Management does nothing to secure them from predators. Bought items from pantry that spoiled easily. Store should be closed by now. Management is totally unprofessional and ignorant. Ill take my chances elsewhere.

A decent Kmart store more maintained than the one in East Los! And crowd free if your looking to make a quick one stop shop then this will be the place to come by. Kmart has always been my favorite store as a kid and till this day because on how cheap the prices. And the staff here is also nice to bad they dont have a Little Cesars in here.

I always shop Kmart... but there is an older white man that helped me carry a layaway item to my truck (he shouldve laid his ass away) and instead of helping he had racist and unnecessary comments. I was going to complain to his supervisor but had no time. "BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

First time here and was surprised by the amount of items. I found a purse and a hat I will be going back for. If you are in the area and looking for cute accessories I definitely recommend. They also have a good selection of plus size clothes.

Very good prices. Good variety. Im hoping the quality is good too. Time will tell. Best thing about going into a dept. Store is being able to try on various sizes of clothing for a perfect fit. Very good shopping experience.

Worst place to shop at the young "ASSISTANT" manager is so rude . Treats employees bad I witness him yelling at a cashier that she is useless and slow. I dont recommend people to shop her management is so bad :(

Although the employees here went out of their way to be helpful, i found it a bit disturbing that a man out about 80 years was the only one suitable to jerk carry 2 queen mattresses thru store to our vehicle.

Great selection of bras! Clearance is good too. Lights are too dim, prices are high, and walkways are either too wide or too narrow. Cashiers are super slow. Not the Kmart of my childhood.
