"GREAT PRICES" ? THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD STOP DOING REVIEWS !!! THEY HAVE AN HK BB RIFLE $400, ACTUAL NEW RETAIL $99, THEY HAVE AN AMPLIFIER AND PA PACKAGE FOR $249, FOUND IT USED ON EBAY FOR $70, THEY HAVE A WINTER JACKET USED FOR $60, TARGET ONLINE NEW FOR $50. I DID HOWEVER BUY A PAIR OF BINOCULARS FOR $6 THAT I WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY $50 USED FOR ANYWHERE ELSE. THESE LIBTARDS JUST MAKE UP PRICES, DONT ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT ANYTHING IS WORTH AND SAY "BUT ITS FOR CHARITY", REALLY ? THEN HOW ARE YOU GETTING PAID TO WORK HERE ??? TOTAL WASTE OF TIME UNLESS YOU JUST WANT THE RAGGEDY CLOTHES AND HALF BROKEN DISHES, THOSE, WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN SIMPLY TRASHED ARE CHEAPLY PRICED. IF YOU WANT GOOD USED ITEMS AT A REASONABLE PRICE GO TO SALVATION ARMY ON DELMAR AVE. THEY CAN ACTUALLY USE THE PHONE IN THEIR HAND TO FIND AND SET A REALISTIC PRICE AND NOT JUST FIND THE NEXT POT SHOP ON WEEDMAPS, OR, GO GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED CASH, HEY, BE LIBERAL WITH YOUR MONEY, SHOP ACTS THRIFT STORE, OR, BE CONSERVATIVE, GO TO SALVATION ARMY AND GET A BARGAIN AND KNOW THAT YOUR MONEY IS ACTUALLY GOING TO THOSE IN NEED AND NOT "ADMINISTRATION COST" AND "EMPLOYEE SALARIES", AND, AT SALVATION ARMY YOU CAN ACTUALLY PARK YOUR CAR. YOUVE BEEN WARNED !!?

I live in the area and this is my one-stop-shop. I literally go once a week since its so close, but Id do so anyway because I always catch some new stuff and I buy everything from maxis, to blouses, loafers, and bags. Everything is reasonably priced and one of a kind. I come with my best friend and its like a treasure hunt for us. Its more fun than a hassle. Location wise, I feel like its kind of hidden from the busy streets, but not in a bad area. Inside its pretty organized. Has mens, womens, and childrens clothing along with home decor, furniture, shoes, bags, and little nick knacks here and there. Definitely look through every rack to find what youre looking for. Great selection but dont feel discouraged if you dont find something your first time! New Inventory daily or weekly.

LOVE LOVE LOVE ACTS! I have been searching around forever trying to find a nice [thrifty!] Thrift store in Pasadena and atlast! Their prices are so low I cant believe it. I spent only 30 bucks for about 20 items one time. Unbelievably. The staff are really great kind people as well Excellent service. I went to Out of the Closet a couple weeks ago to compare them to Acts and WOW. I will NEVER go back there. Horrible and their selection of iteams isnt even comparable to ACTs. Youve gotta go for yourself to see. But trust me if you take your time youll find some great buys! Happy Thrifting!

For a store that claims to be Christian and have integrity, they are selling a lot of broken merchandise. They dont let you check to see if the board games have all of the pieces (and dont check themselves) and as a result, we spent $8 on a game that had almost none of the pieces. We saw multiple items that were broken and taped together. Tricking the customers and selling (literal) garbage is dishonest and disappointing. To cap it all off, their prices are high for thrift store standards.

Acts is great. They have a good selection over here. I came looking for a pair of rollerblades and I got one at Acts for 3.99. I thought they have a decent selection of stuff, some of everything (clothes, shoes, tvs, furniture, electronics, etc.) as compared to some of the other thrift stores in the area that might just have a lot of clothes but not many of the other things. The cashier helping me was friendly, and I would come back again.

Good stuff but very long lines to check out. While only 2 cashiers were taking care of customers, there were 2 other workers at the jewelry counter untangling jewelry while 15 people were in line. It took so long that 3 of the customers left. Dont think I will come back, despite the good quality of stuff, but figured that other potential shoppers would appreciate knowing that they will wait 15 minutes after they have what they need.

Was at the court house with my daughters & had a bit of an emergency & needed a cheap skirt to get thru the rest of the day. We found this place on my map & bought 2 skirts for $6 & the skirt was clean enough to throw on over the other one & finish the day! (Yes I usually wash everything before I wear it but like I said it was an emergency) I live 2hrs away but im sure ill make my way back here soon! Staff was friendly & helpful

Typical thrift shop. Rated a 3 because they recently moved from a much larger space on Hill, and this new location has very little parking (shares a handful of spots with a 7/11), and much less square footage. The old location had furniture and some larger items on display, this new spot has none of that and is mostly clothing.

Their new location is much smaller compared to their old, but the staff is the same, friendly and helpful. The prices cant be beat. If you are a true bargain hunter, sign up for their club. Plus they offer a coupon with every purchase.

Great prices and friendly staff! I love finding thrift stores to shop at and this ones a keeper! I gave it 4 stars because its cramped in a lot of areas. Also, cant take the shopping cart outside and with kids in tow, thats annoying.

One of the best thrift stores Ive been to. Clean, organized, and had great prices on very nice Brand name items. Great big selection too. I personally got a J Crew dress for $8. And Bass shoes for $5.

Acts store is small but neat. They still have a decent selection of clothing. Selected tags are marked down 50% below listed price. There is not much room for a good selection of furniture.

Good cause.... terrible selection... not updated often Staff does tend to be a bit on the serious side! Have been here 5 times and have only been able to find 3 or 4 decent items to buy.
