Purchasing the furniture was a very nice and easy transaction. This is the only good part of this store. The rest of the story is horrible customer service, false promises, and failed deliveries. Purchased an entire living room set, including accessories (lamps, rug, picture frames, etc.), from this location in the middle of November 2016. Was told due to the high demand that it wouldnt be delivered until the week before Christmas 2016. This wasnt a problem as my wife and I were in no rush. About 2 weeks before Christmas we received picture frames in the mail which we thought was weird as we were not informed things would be mailed to us. Delivery day comes and furniture comes. First issue, an ottoman we delivered had a huge slash in it. Not a huge issue as we rejected that piece and had it set up for delivery. Second issue, no accessories (besides the picture frames in the mail). I called the store and was on hold for 10-15 minutes before someone put me back on hold after quickly describing my issue. I hung up and went in to the store. I was informed they cancelled my accessories order, but didnt know why. They reordered the accessories and told me they would be mailed to me. When I asked for an ETA they said Id have to call back the next day once the order was finalized so it had a tracking number. When I called back the next day I was told December 28th would be the day when the rest of my accessories came in. December 28th came and went with no delivery. I had the ottoman set for delivery on January 8th so I decided to wait until then to find out where my accessories were. Ottoman came in today (01/08/17) but still no accessories. I go into the store to ask why. Tons of people working but nobody wants to help. Finally I get help and the girl just tells me here are your UPS tracking numbers go home and look them up. I get home and the tracking numbers dont exist!!!!! Never buy from this store unless you want MONTHS of chasing your order with poor customer service to help.

After reading all this reviews its more then apparent how unprofessional and disappointing this brand new furniture store has made myself and everyone else shopping here. I purchased a 5 piece sectional on 11/21/2016 and chose the option of picking it up at there Sacramento warehouse since I would be able to get it sooner then having it delivered boy was I wrong!!!!! I called a day in advance to let them know I would be there first thing in the morning to pick up my sectional when i was promptly interrupted with ugh we can find you in the system and quickly retracting with wait here you are only to hear only 3 out of your 5 pieces are in, i quickly replied when was someone going to call me and let me know that my order wasnt complete. All I got was maam these things happen understandable but common courtesy is all expected in return which this store has none, from the staff to the store manager who obviously has no clue on how to do just that manage and take responsibility on their poor performance and lack of communication and sympathize with the customer and their concerns. Here i am 12/22/2016 still waiting on my other 2 pieces of my sectional which i was told would be ready for pick up 12/23/2016 Im on edge hoping they will be there since i will be hosting Christmas at my house with half a sectional if the remainder pieces dont show up. The worst experience Ive ever had with a furniture purchase Ive ever had! I will never shop here again nor would i recommend it to anyone!

If I could give no stars I would. I was notified via phone and text that my furniture would be delivered between 11:30 am and 3:30 pm on the 28th. When it hadnt arrived and no notifications of delay was received at 4pm I started calling the number provided. After 3 phone calls to the corporate office, 1 to the store where the purchase was made I was finally told at 7pm that my furniture was on back order and was never going to be delivered. This information had to come from the delivery driver. I asked each person I spoke to why I was never notified and the only response I could get was we will check into it and call you back. It is now 3 days later and I am still waiting on those follow-up calls. I have no clue what the status of the furniture is as no one seems to be capable of answering that question even after calling the corporate office again on the 29th. Still waiting on them to call me back as well. I have continually called the local store to speak to the manager but cant get anyone to even answer the phone there. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business in my adult life. At this point I regret purchasing from this business as they clearly do not care about their customers.

First of all I think this is a program that is set up for defeat for individuals and families who does not have good credit. You pay three times the amount of the furniture that is cheap and falls apart before you finish paying for it your taxed multiple times that does not make sense. And another thing I had to wait for hours to get information on the program when I called. I cancelled before my delivery date because my sister who has good credit brought furniture from there for over 4000.00 within a year the leather start pealing had insurance and they stated that it was wear and tear. You guys are famous for the sale of the insurance but when it comes down to using it its a No Go!! As I patiently wait on my delivery charge of 214.00 which Alonzo stated he took care of but flat out lied I called back and a young lady took the time to get my refund started that Alonzo lied about he had done. She emailed me a receipt of the transaction after I had waited theee weeks to get processed. I am still waiting on my delivery refund which I hope comes

My husband and I purchased a full living room set (three piece sofa set, coffee table, end tables, and a few other accessories) during their grand opening . The sales people were great and we were told that our items would need two delivery dates which at first we thought was odd but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. It has now been over a month and we still have not received half of our furniture. The first delivery we were told our three piece sofa set would be coming in and when they got to my house they only had two of the three. Today, we were supposed to have our tables, side-tables and the final couch delivered, which has been scheduled for a three weeks and They called and said the tables were back ordered and would not be coming in and when we asked about our final recliner they had no idea what we were talking about. This place is completely unprofessional and I would never recommend doing business with them to anyone.

I was expecting my 2 deliveries and just my table last Thursday 12/15 so I clean it out and was waiting patiently they were late by the way and they called saying they were late and no one notified me that my couch was coming to so once they got here they bought everything. So we had to hurry and move the couch. And as they were bring the new couch in they broke my door trim messed up the inside of the door for shoving the new couch in and on top of that they had to send the new table back because they didnt have any screws to put it together now I have to wait 2 more weeks without a table no one came to look nor fix my door just very unprofessional and unorganized. I would never do business with them again! Also the manager Jordan suppose to call me 2 days ago and still no word. Once they break something they will not fix it just an heads up because now Im the one stuck for the dumbass mistake. Never going back
