If you plan on buying furniture there and you know you have the funds in your banking account - then dont worry. If you plan on opening up a line of credit however - DO NOT take their verbal word for it and DO NOT EVER pull out any of your atm cards or anything with either a Visa logo or other credit company. The manager there TOOK my Dads atm card right out of his hand without his permission -swiped the card through his machine and REFUSED to reverse the charge when my Mom screamed at him that it was not a credit card and did not have $1200 in their account to pay for that furniture. Managers reply to her? "You owe the bank, now" They ARE STILL disputing this and its been 3 months! Dont trust these people!

We purchased our sofa sleeper and love seat from here over the weekend. The guy who entertained us was very helpful and friendly. He asked what we were wanting to get and knew exactly where to direct us. We mentioned to him our less than pleasant experience at Ashley Furniture that same day and he mentioned we were the second couple who had the same issue with them just that day. Anyway, we decided on what we wanted, they checked the price that it was going for tab Ashley Furniture, matched the price at first, then gave us a discount. They said they deliver within 10 days and we just bought ours 5 days ago, so we havent received it. Will update review once we receive the items.

Recently I bought a set of leather couches and a center table and 2 end tables along with a 7 piece table set. The delivery guys from this store were polite and were careful with the delivery and assembly of furniture. The owner is also a very nice fella and I saved well over $350 compare to other stores. I think they have the best prices in town with very nice quality furniture. If you visit their store you will see that they carry good name products and they can also order if you find something that you liked from another store like Becks Furniture.

I went there to buy a sectional couch and found they had a lot of choices with a very low delivery rate ($40). I had no problems with anything like the person who claims they are thieves below. They treated me just fine and didnt steal anything from me. Plus their couches are all very low priced compared to what I was finding at LazyBoy and Sears.

I rarely give a 5 star but I am truly impressed and happy with my furniture. The sales guy was so nice and informative and even assisted me with picking out my pillows for my sofa. (my sofa and love seat is soo comfortable).The delivery guys was also nice and clean, they even suggested how the furniture should be set up. Thanks Furniture Outlet.

Staff very helpful. Ordered a sectional which arrived in 2 weeks!! Was pleased to order from a Sac. company. Delivery folks were right on time and the furniture was in perfect condition. I highly recommend this store.
