First off, they have a pretty bad customer service. I literally have to ask for help for them to help me. I mean, I walked in and 4 sale reps saw me but decided that reading their magazine is more important than offering me help. Second, the one who helped me is knowledgeable but seem like he doesnt want to explain their products. Third, the items I looked at has no label whatsoever. So it really bothered me to go back to ask for help at the office where people dont want to help in the first place. So, this is my experience but Im sure some of you have a better one. Im sure they have high quality building materias but the customer service ruined it for me.

They have delivery trucks that come in 4.30am and wake us up most mornings. The dust blows out of their yard into our house so we have to keep the windows closed. Totally inconsiderate neighbors.
