I love SEE Eyewear. They have great styles and good prices. The service is usually excellent, they give good advice. I have bought glasses from them in New York City, San Francisco and San Jose. The only reason I would not rate them with 5 stars is because the manager at the Valley Fair store is a bit whacky. She is inappropriate and overly gushy with her compliments and they just do not sound authentic. One of the reasons I choose SEE Eyewear over Warby Parker (for example) is that I really enjoy the feedback from a professional perspective. Anita the manager would gush about every, single pair I chose which did not help at all. I go there to pick one, not five "they ALL look fabulous on you" pairs. (Their prices are not THAT great ;) Brian and Chantal are wonderful and helpful. Just avoid Anita.

They have the worst costumer service. All they want to do its just selling but if you go back to fix the problem they give you a big attitude . I gave them my glasses to fix ,they told me in one week it would be ready which I never had this problem with lenses crafter, its been 2 weeks now and they didnt bother to give me a courtesy call and when I called to fallow up they almost hang up on me. I do not recommend to nobody to go there .
