Came in earlier for my appointment and still had to wait until after my appointment time but after I was seen it was excellent customer service and all the staff was smiling and nice and the Drs were nice and explained everything to me where I could understand everything! Got set up with contacts and glasses in under 1hr. Love them!!!

Retail manager plays all sorts of stalling games, for as long as it takes for you to leave if youre not fitting into what she needs for her numbers. They should be serving your needs and your eyes, not their own. Go elsewhere, anywhere.
