On top of the high prices for the stuff they get for free, I noticed another stupid thing they do. Im 58 years old and went there to get few things. As soon as I entered an Indian lady employee asked me to leave my back back by cashier, or I can not shop!!! What? Is it a diamond store? This is insulting, even diamond stores dont do that these days. While these guys they have camera all around the store, they have nerve to ask customers to check their bag with the cashier! How disrespectful is that? I did not shop, I left the store and will not give my business to this people again. Please, let the Goodwill people acknowledge this insult to people who take thier business to them. For Billions of dollars is being made out of donations, have some courtesy for the hard workers who come to their stores

I walked in to make a donation at 8:40pm on a Wednesday evening. As soon as I walked in, an older lady yelled at me saying: "Were closing in 15!" I thought okay. So, I walked over to the employee and said: "excuse me" she ignored me. Then, I said: "excuse me" again. She turned around looking all pissed off and yelled: "WHAT?!" I explained I wanted to make a donation, where can I donate? She then said: "I dont know, I am new". I walked around and find another employee, she told me the donation is closed for the day. Jesus Christ, the management need to step up and discipline their employees. Totally unprofessional. Walmart has better service than this place.

During my moms and my visit an employee was taking back some previous dishware (plates and cups/mugs, I assume) and the dishes were being forcefully thrown into one of their garbage bins breaking on contact. It put me off from buying anything there. Is this a standard practice? Was said employee having a bad day? All I know is I should never hope to complete my cup and saucer sets if this is what they do to dishes that dont sell. This depresses me a surprisingly great deal. (Also, is it just me or are prices at Goodwills getting expensive. Wheres the"goodwill" if prices are getting higher and no one will like to shop there.)

Occasionally I pop in to a thrift store (goodwill or more specialized vintage or independent second-hand shops) to do a quick browse. This one is very standard fare with nothing of particular note to make it stand out. I am usually doing a quick glance in the dresses area so was in and out in about 10 minutes at this stop. Perhaps if you were looking for something else or caught it on a different day, it would have more to offer.

Goodwill has improved! There is less of a mess to find treasures in like the last reviewer made note of, but the logic that runs through the store helps maniacs like me out who need something specific - like long sleeve white shirts for work. Prices are higher now, but they are higher at Savers over on Bascom and Stevens Creek too.... its like all the thrift stores went through the wash!

This store is small. As soon as I walked in, I noticed a stronger than normal old and musty smell! Most of the shelves were empty and disorganized. There were even items that was clearly trash that was being put up for sale..? Didnt even bother looking thru the clothing racks and noped right on out of there.

Unfortunately this Goodwill is on the smaller side, seemed to be more expensive than similar Goodwills in the area, plus their selection was not very interesting. The outside entrance building architecture was pretty cool though.

Great place to find neat used furniture and clothes! I got a lovely night stand and some Van Gogh artwork for my bedroom. Very friendly folks work there.

This store no longer has a thrift store feeling. It is sparse and over organized. Its no longer fun to look for treasures there. I miss the old Goodwill.
