Usually, I drop my yearly end-of-the year donations here at the back of the building because its convenient. This place gets a lot donations because the stuff is pretty much visible and pile high in piles. The small store itself is old, dingy, grimy and definitely has a strong, musty "Goodwill" smell. This is not the place to shop if you are looking for "treasures." I have not had any luck in finding anything designer, vintage or retro. Prices are high for the quality of used clothing, housewares, and home goods being sold here. Staff is okay, average, not memorable.

I wanted to give it a chance one day despite the previous reviewer mentioning that Dublin does not allow this location to receive donations. It ranks near the very bottom of my list. I was looking for toddler clothing and toys, but also took a browse through the housewares. There is a chance the adult clothing could be worth your while as it occupies the majority of the store.

Great place for dropping items off and also pick up a few items needed in a pinch. Example: a new DC backpack for son, computer roller bag in a pinch, and various handbags in great condition. I have never purchased shoes or clothing. The staff is quite nice and pleasant.

It was great they had just what I was looking for, and the employees where nice and helpful though one guy smelled bad. but otherwise it was fun and the employees seemed to know the store.

I think northern California Goodwills are out of touch! Or maybe it is that the San Diego,CA are more cleaner and organise.

This location does accept donations, but the store itself is super tiny as is fitting because so is their selection.

I tried to drop off three bags of clothes but a rude employee said I would have to come back in 45 mins ...
